CHAPTER 42: DO NOT BELIEVE MASTER..

Mo Yan was surprised listening to that, how did he even arrive there. If it was just behind their peak then it was too high for any mortal to climb, not to mention there was no village within 1,000 kilometres of their sect.

"How I even reached there is still unknown, I won’t lie to you senior sister. Although I know how I reached there, this is a secret which I won’t be able to share for the time being... I hope you forgive me." Lin Feng did not want to lie to her so he came straight, he knew she would understand.

"It’s ok junior brother, I understand." Mo Yan nodded, she knew that some things were better left unsaid.

Lin Feng nodded. "Actually, when I woke up I was already in the abode of master, and the worst part is that I have lost all my memories. That is why master took me as a disciple and let me live on this peak, although there is one more reason but I will tell you later as you are not ready for it senior sister." Lin Feng smiled mysteriously while saying the last sentence.

Mo Yan was surprised, so this was the reason master had taken junior brother as her disciple, but what was the other reason and why was she not ready for it. "Not ready... is there any specific condition to know this?"

Lin Feng nodded immediately while smiling innocently. "Yes senior sister, but don’t worry, it won’t take long for you to have that condition... it is an easy task actually."

"If you say so junior brother." Mo Yan had a feeling that there was definitely something amiss here.

"Alright, where was I, oh yes, after becoming disciple of master I tried to cultivate but was unsuccessful. It wasn’t due to some injury but a seal in my mind prevented me from cultivating."

Mo Yan was surprised again but she did not interrupt him and continued to listen to his whole story first.

Lin Feng started telling about his memories, how he gained memories through dreams, in fact these dreams infused his mind with experiences too.

Mo Yan was thoroughly surprised listening to everything.

"By the way senior sister, do you know that I also have a special constitution." Lin Feng spoke while smiling innocently, inwardly though he was eager to tell her about his physique and condition.

It gave him far more leverage to act indecently without much resistance from his aunts, so of course it would work with senior sister too. Well in the end it really was not his fault, his desire was affected by his physique.

"Yes, master just told me about it after the ceremony." Mo Yan nodded but her cheeks turned a little red.

Lin Feng was surprised. "So you guys talked about me too, what else did master say?" No wonder his senior sister did not react much to his indecent gaze on her buttocks.

Mo Yan looked at Lin Feng seriously for a few breaths before speaking. "She said that you are a scoundrel junior brother and if you step out of bounds then I should beat you."

Lin Feng was stunned. "What! That is definitely not the truth senior sister, master is just twisting the facts here. Do not believe her."

"Ohh... then should I believe you junior brother?" Mo Yan asked with an amused voice.

"Of course you should believe your future hus-... I mean your junior brother." Lin Feng nodded with a serious expression.

Mo Yan’s face turned red, she definitely understood what he was going to say before changing his sentence, her junior brother really was shameless. "Fine, I will believe you junior brother, but it also means master lied to me... that is not a good thing, let us go and ask her why she did that. She needs to give us a reason or we will not talk to her."

Lin Feng became speechless, he might receive punishment for facing an ice wall in solitude if that happened. "Cough! Let us leave it senior sister, master might have slipped her tongue by mistake and right now she is making talismans, we should not disturb her."

Mo Yan smiled with amusement. "As expected you are a scoundrel junior brother, I should definitely listen to master’s advice from now on."

Lin Feng almost choked listening to this but he still maintained his innocent look and decided to divert the topic. "Senior sister, how about you tell me about yourself."

Mo Yan shook her head at his shamelessness. "Fine then, listen—"

Before she could say anything else, Lin Feng closed the distance between them, their shoulders touched and he put his head on her shoulder while closing his eyes. "Continue senior sister." His voice was still filled with innocence.

Mo Yan flinched a little, she wanted to move away but could not bring herself to do it, his face looked too peaceful... like he was really treating her as a big sister. She could not see even a bit of lust from him, she sighed. "Junior brother, you are quite a good pretender."

Lin Feng smiled a little. "What do you mean senior sister?"

Mo Yan looked at his smiling face again before totally accepting the fact that she did not dislike him placing his head on her shoulder. "Forget it, now listen." She began telling everything about herself.

She told him everything from how she ran and met master and big sister Lian. Lin Feng listened quietly, nodding in between.

This went on until she finished. Lin Feng did not leave her shoulder nor did Mo Yan tell him to do so, they sat like that. Lin Feng was enjoying her natural warmth and fragrance while Mo Yan came to terms with it and how her life would change from now on.

She even put her own head on Lin Feng’s head, she kind of liked this situation, it was making her heart flutter along with a strange kind of serenity.

Lin Feng smiled feeling her head on his, this means senior sister don’t mind this closeness, in fact she likes it. It just matter of time now.

After a while Lin Feng opened his eyes and spoke. "Senior sister, how much do you know about Dao?"

Mo Yan was surprised, usually cultivators did not know much about it before reaching Tribulation Ascendance realm. It was said that thinking about it before would only become a hindrance to their choices in cultivation path.

So she had never tried to glean much knowledge about it just like other cultivators. "I just know that it is a broader path and cultivation realms above Tribulation Ascendance are related to it."
