A strong sense of weightlessness hit, accompanied by scorching wind sweeping across his body.

When Lefiya regained her senses, an endless, deep abyss lay before her eyes.

The massive cave pierced through floors 51 to 58, its depth at least nine hundred meters.

Below, a crimson world glowed like hellish magma.

Disaster!

Lefiya's eyes trembled with fear, her body shaking.

Falling from this height was a nightmare.

Unlike Tiona and Tione's robust physiques, she was a mage, frail and reliant on magic.

The impact alone could severely injure or knock her out.

Worse, on the 58th floor below, several ferocious dragon monsters roamed—huge Valgang Dragons.

"Ohhh—!" Their roars shook the air, the dragons lined up, each over ten meters long, hovering at the cave's base.

Brutal fangs bared upward, smoke poured from their mouths, brewing artillery attacks.

"Done for…" Lefiya muttered, despairing.

From the 50th floor, dungeon common sense failed—largely due to these monsters.

They attacked across floors, posing lethal threats.

Normally, their attacks started at the 52nd floor.

But this time, they struck on the 51st.

Lefiya felt hopeless.

To the dragons below, she was a sitting target—one hit could obliterate her.

The dragons roared, slowly opening fanged maws.

Berserk flames surged, compressed into massive fireballs.

They spat scorching flame attacks upward.

As Lefiya braced for death, Roy's voice came from behind.

Before she could turn, a tight grip wrapped her waist—Roy holding her.

"Hold on," Roy said.

Crimson wings spread from his back, emerald wind swirling around him.

As he grabbed Lefiya, the wind expanded, encasing them both.

Aeriel was versatile—attack or defense.

Now, it formed a wind barrier, shielding them.

"Roy!" Lefiya's eyes snapped open, surprised, clinging to him with arms and legs like a koala.

"I can't fight like this!" Roy said, exasperated by her grip.

Lefiya realized her mortifying pose, blushing furiously.

She didn't dare look at Roy, only downward.

"Bombardment's coming!" she warned.

A fireball over five meters wide rocketed up, blazing at astonishing speed.

"Sanctuary of light, shield us!" Roy chanted swiftly.

A thin green veil enveloped them—Riveria's defensive magic, Via Shilheim, practical for sustained protection unless damage exceeded its limit, causing it to vanish.

Aeriel's wind blocked most physical attacks but not the fireball's heat, which could injure Lefiya.

Thus, Roy used Via Shilheim.

The fireball struck head-on.

Roy raised Hestia sword, infusing it with Aeriel.

The first fireball burst like a punctured balloon.

But multiple dragons meant multiple fireballs.

With Aeriel's wind and via shilheim, Roy shattered four or five fireballs.

He and Lefiya descended to the 58th floor.

"Arcs Ray!"

Roy, chanting midair, unleashed hundreds of javelins upon reaching range, obliterating the waiting dragons.

"The 58th floor?" Lefiya gasped, eyeing the rock caves.

Unlike upper floors, there were no labyrinths or passages—just a vast wilderness of rocks, no trees or rivers.

The crimson world felt like true hell.

Its area dwarfed Orario, with hundreds of monsters visible alone.

"Need two more floors," Roy said, checking his random task points.

"How do we return?" Lefiya asked, still clinging tightly.

"Blow through the floors and fly back," Roy replied.

The floors walls were no obstacle.

Ignoring approaching monsters, Roy surged with power of destruction, blasting the ground.

They fell, Lefiya exclaiming, reaching the 59th floor.

"The guild says the 59th is a glacier domain…" Lefiya, still holding Roy, was stunned.

No ice field—instead, a dense forest.

"A mutation, likely tied to those monsters," Roy recalled a corrupted spirit clone on this floor altering its climate.

The 59th's vastness deterred Roy from seeking the demi spirit for now.

He unleashed power of destruction, blasting through the floors.

[Congratulations, Host, random task 3 completed.]

With the system's prompt, Roy abandoned going deeper.

"Must learn teleportation magic," Roy resolved, seeing the deep floors' potential for leveling.

Even he wasn't certain of safety past the 58th without ample supplies.

Teleportation would solve that perfectly.

"Let's go back," Roy said.

His crimson wings spread, blasting through the ceiling above, returning them to the 50th floor in one go.
