CHAPTER 323: CHAPTER 336: FOUND

Alice Conley was quite frustrated, watching as Boss Kuan joyfully welcomed the new boss to tour the Studio. She felt an overwhelming urge to bang her head against the wall.

As a recent college graduate, was it easy to find a suitable job? It was so hard to find a Studio that had nothing to do with Dorian Howards. Relying on her own capabilities, she finally landed a job. She thought she could say goodbye to Dorian and never see him again.

But nope, after just a few days of work, the boss said there was a big investor coming into the Studio, which would raise the Studio to a new level.

Upon hearing the news, Alice originally felt quite happy, thinking her job prospect was even brighter.

But today, she found out that the big investor was actually Dorian Howards!

Damn, how long had it been, and Dorian’s shadow appeared before her again!

Alice glared at Dorian Howards as he walked past her, feeling a knot in her throat. If this was a coincidence, she really couldn’t believe things could be this coincidental.

After finishing his speech, Dorian went into Boss Kuan’s office for a chat, and then left, with Kuan personally escorting him to the car. When he returned, Kuan still wore the expression of someone who had just won a five-million-dollar lottery.

Alice was filled with too many doubts, and the next day she couldn’t help but head straight to where Dorian worked. It wasn’t hard to find, even if he hadn’t mentioned it, because Howards Group had a branch in City J. Anyone would guess that when Dorian came to City J, he would definitely be there.

Alice thought that in order to see Dorian, she would surely face some obstacles or wait on a long bench. After all, he was a big boss, not just anyone could see him just like that.

But as soon as she reported her name, the receptionist respectfully opened the elevator door for her and pressed the floor button, leaving Alice somewhat bewildered.

Reaching the floor where the CEO’s office was located, before she could meet Dorian, she ran into another old acquaintance—Catherine Willis, Dorian’s former personal secretary.

Her name sounded feminine, and indeed she was a woman, but her looks were, in Alice’s words, attractive enough to ’incite crime.’

It wasn’t that Catherine was particularly beautiful, but she had a rather androgynous charm, possessing both the heroic spirit of a female and a crisp masculinity. Especially because Catherine liked to dress in androgynous outfits, with a flat chest, wearing a suit set, and her short hair, she looked ambiguously gendered.

After she met Dorian, Alice drooled over Catherine more than once.

In this reunion, Alice blinked her eyes and felt that Catherine had become even more charming. If she participated in some variety show now, she’d surely make all the young girls swoon.
