Kyle said last night that Josh Harris has already been apprehended. However, since he still refuses to confess, the police might wait to gather more evidence before releasing information through official channels," Mabel Quinn explained. Last night, after Kyle Kinston returned home and told her about it, she was completely stunned by the unexpected twist.
