The air was thick with lingering energy as Lilith stepped into the tenth floor of the dungeon. The remnants of Noah''s presence were faint but unmistakable—he had already passed through here. Her amber eyes narrowed slightly, irritation flickering beneath her otherwise cold expression.

    "Too slow," she murmured.

Noah was getting stronger, faster. The gap between them was closing, but she had no intention of letting him stay ahead. If she wanted to surpass him, she needed to clear this floor and move forward immediately.

Her gaze shifted forward, locking onto the massive double doors leading to the final chamber. Unlike the previous floors, these doors were etched with intricate carvings—scenes of warriors clashing with monstrous entities, their weapons drenched in blood and their faces twisted in pain. A warning to those who dared enter.

Lilith didn''t hesitate. With a flick of her wrist, she sent a pulse of mana into the doors. They groaned as ancient mechanisms unlocked, and with a thunderous boom, they swung open, revealing the throne room of the dungeon''s final guardian.

The chamber was vast—an endless expanse of dark stone walls lined with glowing blue veins of mana. At the center sat a monstrous figure on a throne carved from black obsidian.

A towering, humanoid beast covered in dark, jagged armor, its head adorned with two massive horns that curved backward. Its eyes glowed a malevolent crimson, burning with the essence of pure destruction. In one hand, it gripped an enormous battle-axe, its blade wreathed in black fire, and in the other, a massive spiked shield.

The temperature in the room plummeted, an oppressive aura weighing down on the atmosphere as the monster slowly rose from its throne.

Lilith''s fingers curled around the hilt of her sword, Eclipse, as the boss stepped forward, each movement causing the ground to tremble beneath its immense weight.

"Finally," she whispered, her eyes gleaming with anticipation.

The Abyssal Tyrant let out a guttural growl before charging toward her, its axe raised high.

The first strike came like a meteor.

The Abyssal Tyrant''s axe cleaved downward, splitting the air with a deafening roar. But Lilith had already moved. A single step, a blur of motion—her Wind Element carried her to the side as the axe smashed into the stone floor, shattering it into jagged debris.

She retaliated instantly, her sword glowing with pure mana as she struck at the monster''s exposed side. Her blade cut deep, but the thick armor absorbed much of the impact, only sending a shower of sparks into the air.

The Tyrant spun with unnatural speed for its massive size, its shield coming at her in a deadly arc. Lilith bent backward, her Spatial Distortion activating just in time to bend space itself, causing the shield to narrowly miss her face.

Desperation kicked in. With a furious roar, it slammed its axe into the ground, sending out a shockwave of blackfire in all directions.

Lilith barely blinked. With a flick of her fingers, space warped once more, bending reality to let the attack pass harmlessly through her.

    "Checkmate," she whispered.

She reappeared above the Abyssal Tyrant, her blade raised high.

    "Sever the heavens—Spatial Rend."

A blade of compressed space and wind energy extended from her sword, thirty feet long, humming with destructive force.

She brought it down in a single, elegant motion.

A deep, glowing gash split its entire body in half. The blackfire in its eyes flickered, and with a final, choked growl, the massive creature collapsed. Its body slowly crumbled into dark mist, dispersing into nothingness.

    Silence filled the chamber.

Lilith exhaled softly, lowering her blade. "Too easy."

The dungeon rumbled as the boss''s defeat triggered the final reward mechanism. A golden light burst forth from the throne, revealing a teleportation gate leading to the exit.

Lilith cleaned her sword with a flick of her wrist before sheathing it. She barely spared the remains of the Abyssal Tyrant a second glance.

    Her mind was already elsewhere.

    Noah had already moved on.

Without hesitation, she stepped into the portal, her form vanishing into the light.

    The chase continued.
