"Hey, why are you back?" Amy walked up to Bai Yiran’s workstation, her voice loud enough for everyone in the office area to hear.

"Why shouldn’t I come back?" This incident had made Bai Yiran truly see through these people’s attitudes, and she discarded her previous cowardly attempts to please them.

Amy didn’t expect to be snapped back at by Bai Yiran, and her face suddenly turned ugly, "Chen Lusheng’s wife caught the other woman right here in the office, and now that Chen Lusheng has been dismissed, what are you back for?"

Bai Yiran smiled, "Manager Ai, Chen Lusheng was dismissed because he embezzled company funds, what does that have to do with me? Besides, Chen Lusheng’s wife just believed a rumor thinking I’m the other woman, but in reality, Chen Lusheng and I have no relation at all, and this can be proven by the company’s lack of any action against me!"
