And as the chat log page appeared on the system screen, as Alan had expected, he had indeed gain some stats upon learning the passive skill, deathly physique enhancement, but from the looks of it, he had most likely missed the system’s voice notification because he had lost consciousness not long after learning both of the skills.

Right after reading the newest chat log, Alan closed his eyes, then continued on muttering to himself in his own mind...

Upon thinking up to here, Alan opened his eyes, then began getting off from the bed.

And right as Alan had just stood on the floor, Sharon could be seen walking back into the bedroom while with a cup of water on her right hand, and a bottle of pills on her left hand.

"Here, Alan, hold onto the cup first." As Sharon arrived in front of Alan, Sharon passed the cup over to Alan, then began pouring out a few pills from the bottle of pills.

After pouring back the extra pills that she poured out onto her right hand, Sharon passed over 2 round pills to Alan, then said. "Here, right after you swallowed those painkillers, these painkillers should start working in just a few minutes."

As Alan took over the pills from Sharon, Alan subconsciously took a glance at Sharon’s mass of energy, and upon seeing that it was still green in color, without hesitation, Alan tossed the painkillers into his mouth, then swallowed the painkillers after taking in a mouthful of water from the cup.

Upon feeling that his head wasn’t hurting much anymore, Alan stood up from the bed, then said while looking at Sharon, "I must say, you are much smarter than Charlotte. You know just what you should do in order to get on my good side."

Upon hearing what Alan said, Sharon pouted her lips and said coquettishly while looking straight into Alan’s eyes.

Right after Alan finished speaking, while with his left hand still holding onto Sharon’s waist, and his right hand still holding onto Sharon’s chin, Alan lowered his head and pressed his lips onto Sharon’s lips.

Right as Alan’s lips came into contact with Sharon’s lips, Sharon immediately closed her eyes again as she began to ardently rub her lips against Alan’s lips.
