Brian carried Grace in his arms. He looked at Alicia and said, "Thank you."

"Hurry up and bring her back to change her clothes. Don''t let her catch a cold-" Brian had already carried Grace and walked out quickly before Alicia could finish speaking.

Brian quickly but gently ced her in the passenger seat and buckled her seatbelt.

"I feel so cold... It''s so cold..." Grace shivered uncontrobly.

Brian took off his coat and draped it over her. He turned on the air conditioner in

the car. Then, he said in a low voice, "We''ll be home soon."

Ten minutester, Brian drove the car downstairs home.

He carried Grace into the house. Jaclyn was sitting in the living room. "Oh my god, what''s wrong with Grace?"

"Could you put some hot water in the bathtub, please?" Brian asked.

"Oh, okay. I''ll go now."

Brian carried Grace into the bedroom and took off her wet clothes.

Grace was still conscious. Sensing that someone was undressing her, she waved

her hands while trembling. "Don''t take off my clothes..."

Brian gritted his teeth. "Remove your wet clothes. Do you want to freeze to death?"

The voice seemed familiar. She frowned. "Brian? Hmph... Don''t think I don''t know that you want to take advantage of me."

"Grace, I think you need to be taught a lesson." He forcefully took off her clothes and wrapped her tightly with a towel.

After scolding her, he carried her into the bathroom.

Brian nodded, walked into the bathroom, and put Grace in the bathtub.

He frowned and reached out to touch her forehead. Then, he realized she had a fever.

"Grace? Wake up." Brian was nervous.

Brian hurriedly got up and helped her put on her clothes. He drove her to the hospital.

Due to the alcohol, the wind, and the fall into the water, she caught a cold and a fever.

The doctor asked, "She''s in poor health. Has she ever given birth?"

Brian nodded. "Yes."

The doctor nced at him and said, "She didn''t recover well after giving birth. It''s easy for her to have inmmation, which might cause a fever if she catches a cold.
