Nelson continued, "But it doesn''t matter. Mrs. Sherman, you''re Grace''s mother. You''re considered family to me. If you need anything, you cane to me."

Daisy turned to look at him and smiled at him ingratiatingly. "Okay, okay. Thank you."

"You''re wee. Grace probably didn''t tell you because she didn''t want you to be worried. When she askster, say you heard it from someone else. You know Grace''s temper. We''ve been friends for so many years. I don''t want to fall out with her over such a small matter."

Daisy nodded. "Alright, Mr. Francis. I''ll remember it."

Nelson smiled and turned to leave.

Daisy was so angry that she was about to vomit blood. She wanted to rush down and scold Grace on the spot, but she didn''t dare to leave Austin behind.

When Grace came over to rest, Daisy stared at her fiercely.

Grace frowned. "Why are you looking at me like that?"

"How dare you hide it from me?"

"What did I hide from you? What''s wrong with you?"

Daisy was so angry that her expression darkened. "Brian has already been chased out of the Francis family. Francis Group is not his anymore. He will be a poor man in the future. You''re so funny. When he was rich, you had to pretend to be noble and not marry him. Now that he has nothing, you want to get back together. Are you out of your mind?"

As she spoke, she poked Grace''s head fiercely.

Grace was so angry that she was speechless. "Daisy, don''t make a scene."

    "You. You ingrate."

Grace looked at her coldly. "Who told you that?"

"Why? Are you nning to hide it from me for the rest of my life? I heard others talking about it."

Grace didn''t think much about it and took a deep breath.

"Where''s Brian? Where is he?" Daisy asked angrily.

Grace knew what she wanted to do. She silently took out her phone and called Jasmine. She also called Carson and called both of them over.

"Carson, take Mom home first. She''s tired," said Grace.

Daisy looked at her in disbelief. "Grace. You''re indeed an ingrate. You''re helping outsiders. I''m so angry. I shouldn''t have raised you back then."

Her voice was getting louder and louder. Grace urged Carson to pull her away hurriedly.

Then, she turned to Jasmine. "Jasmine, please stay here and watch Austin."

"What happened?" Jasmine asked curiously. She was a little worried.

"Don''t you know my mother''s temper? She heard some gossip and was making a fuss. You don''t have to care about her."

Then, Grace left. After taking a few steps, she saw a white-haired figure.

    It was Marshall.

She stopped in her tracks. His back looked a little different from before. He seemed a little hunched, and his hair

was much whiter than thest timè she saw him.

He also saw Grace. He smiled at her and walked over.

    Grace''s heart suddenly ached.

Marshall had already approached her. He held his wine ss and said to her, Miss Sherman,

    vve

    congrattions. You''ve finally

    gotten together with Brian

Grace looked at him without saying anything. She suddenly felt a lump in her throat.

After drinking a little, Marshall said, "I heard people say Brian is no longer in Francis Group. Has Francis Group been handed over to Nelson?"

    Grace nodded. "Yes."

"Brian is a bold, courageous, and strategic person. I believe that he will return to Francis Group veryè soon. Although Adkins Group is not as good as before, as long as Brian needs it, I will spare no effort to help."
