What he needs to do is use Road Divine Power to establish a connection with Philancy, paving a path for her to come here.

As Gaven concentrated his thoughts, Road Divine Power surged wildly, and a tunnel was forcibly torn open through the Ether Mist in front of him. At the other end of the tunnel, a delicate Magic Cottage appeared, with a dreamlike figure waving and smiling at him.

Not to mention others; those Goblins would surely do such things, and repeatedly so, unless Gaven could ensure the railway passes through areas void of Goblins or similar beings.

Not only have those monsters begun intentionally damaging the path, but even some villages have people deliberately cutting off sections of the road, believing the passage too smooth, hindering their earning potential, causing many merchants to bypass their villages for supplies and resting.

In this world, not everyone has foresight; they often linger in place or look backward, unknowingly dragging down progress, even becoming its stumbling block.

In modern society where education is relatively widespread, development faces various discordant voices; not to mention a world teeming with monsters and mixed powers, such situations are indeed normal.

With Road Idols establishing Road Protection Teams primarily tasked with handling these issues, clearing obstacles with sword if necessary, Blood Gorge City’s Hobgoblin Warlords have achieved the ultimate in violence.

If any section of the Conqueror Path on the Giant Plains is damaged, all intelligent tribes within a ten-kilometer range around that segment would be implicated, losing all property at best, exterminated at worst.

After several adjacent regions’ intelligent tribes became history, those near the Conqueror Path no longer dared to act against it, even becoming its guardians, treating any threat to this road as a mortal enemy to be eliminated, or at least alerting Blood Gorge City’s Hobgoblins to do so.

But such methods only work through the Monster Forces-dominated Giant Plains; they can’t be applied in towns dominated by Humans, Elves, Dwarves, and Demi-Humans.

Because doing so would provoke public outrage.

In short, while building railways in reality, challenges are significantly greater than imagined in the short term.

Moreover, the Multiverse possesses its uniqueness; a long time ago, Gaven envisioned building Ether or Shadow Railways, especially the former.

His preparation focused on the mental plasticity of the Ether Plane, and as dreams unfolded, the viability of this plan soared continuously.

Dreams result from the mental reshaping of the Ether Plane.

In the Dream World, building a Dream Railway and then using Road Divine Power to lead, coupled with real-world magic, brings a complete Ether Railway plan into shape, with only perfection and implementation remaining.

"Your growth speed is as astounding as ever; in just two months, your use of Road Divine Power has reached a new level, allowing you to pave paths for my Magic Cottage in the Ether," Philancy said with an overflowing smile.

During Gaven’s lapse in thought, she and her Magic Cottage were already within easy reach.

"Teacher, you’re not far behind; you’ve started mastering the essence of the Dream World. It seems you’ve not only successfully constructed your Dream World but begun to craft the faith of Dream Goblins," Gaven couldn’t help but evaluate her.

The dreamlike aura surrounding her was even more intense than the first time they met.

Contrary to before, the mist entwined around her body no longer served as chains confining her, but rather unique outerwear, transforming with her will, perfectly integrated with the etheric ambiance.

The former melancholy was long gone, replaced by an uplifting and bright sensation.
