CHAPTER 129: HEHE... HEHEHEHEHE— FU##ING DIE, BI##H!!!

Meanwhile, back at Leo’s house...

Ophis was sprawled lazily across the couch, her hair fanned out over the cushions, eyes half-lidded with sleepiness. She lazily flicked through the TV channels, her finger pressing the remote again and again, the screen flashing from one meaningless show to another.

"There’s no fun at all," she muttered, her tone flat with disappointment, staring at a comedy program that didn’t even make her lips twitch.

It felt exactly like before, back when she had stayed in her own empty house—lonely walls, endless silence. Sure, Leo’s place had a television, some modern comforts, entertainment at her fingertips... but none of it filled the hollow space inside her chest.

She wanted company. She wanted to spend time with living people.

How could some people live like this?

This was too boring, too suffocating!!

Raphael had gone to sleep hours ago, too tired even to ask a barrage of questions.

So Ophis was left completely alone.

She bit her lip gently, her eyes dull as she flicked the channel again with a bored sigh. Just then, a polished, cheerful voice blasted from the screen—

Please join your children at Merlin–II High School... where learning meets care, and every child shines.

With brand-new equipment and modern buildings, safety is no longer a worry.

Ophis blinked, the absurdly long and weird advertisement catching her attention. Then, slowly, her lips curled into a sly expression.

Meanwhile, back at the school—

Sakura had been watching Leo all day.

Even though Leo looked different now.. sharper, taller, even sexier in a way that made her cheeks heat—something else was gnawing at her mind.

It wasn’t just Leo.

It was Valra.

Valra’s closeness to him.

The way their shoulders brushed when they walked together, the way their fingers casually touched, the way their hands clasped and intertwined as if it was the most natural thing in the world.

Her nails scratched lightly against her lips before she muttered, "S-Something’s definitely going on between them..." Her face darkened as shadows crept over her features, and she bit at her nails furiously.

Jealousy... coiled into her chest, spreading its heat into her veins.

And with jealousy came dangerous possessiveness!

During the lunch break, she saw them again... together, laughing quietly to themselves. She even caught Leo letting Valra buy something for him, like an affectionate wife fussing over her husband.

So suspicious! So fishy!

Something must have happened between them, right?

Her teeth ground together as her eyes narrowed. ’I mean... look at his eyes. They aren’t looking at her like a friend. No... it’s something else. Something closer... something deeper... arhh!’

Sakura clenched her fists so tightly her knuckles whitened, refusing to even say the word out loud. She didn’t want to admit it, didn’t want to give that possibility life.

Something must have happened in just a few days for them to get this close... Sakura needed the details.

She clenched her fists. It felt like she was already behind in the game.... Since Luna was not here to stop her, Sakura planned something!

When Leo parted from Valra, Valra turned around with a giggly smile, practically hopping like a rabbit as she skipped toward her class. Her cheeks were burning, hands pressed against them as though she could hold in her happiness.

"Hehe... we ate together like lovers... hehe," she whispered, blushing so hard she trembled. The shy warmth made her whole body shake, but it wasn’t unpleasant. She was glowing, as if her love had finally been shown to the world.

"Next, we’ll walk home together... maybe after that, a date? Yeah... ahaha~" she muttered, her eyes sparkling with innocent daydreams.

But suddenly—

A door flung open.

Thud!

A strong hand yanked Valra inside.

The door slammed shut behind her with a heavy sound, locking instantly. The corridor outside went silent, deathly silent.

No footsteps, no voices. Nobody was there to witness this sudden crime.

Valra stumbled a step forward before catching herself. She blinked, her cheerful expression collapsing as her eyes darted to the figure in front of her.

Sakura stood there, eyes glowing with a dangerous light... her hands were behind her... something in there.

"What are you doing?" Valra asked with a frown. She tried to step past, but Sakura’s arm slammed against the wall, blocking her path.

"Tell me... what did you do to him?" Sakura’s voice was hollow!

"Huh?" Valra raised an eyebrow.

"Oi, bitch, don’t act innocent with me," Sakura muttered, stepping closer, "Tell me... what’s going on between you and him?" Her hands gripped something tightly on her back.

Valra stared for a moment, then slowly smirked.

"What else do you think? Of course, we love each other~" she answered with a mocking lilt, waving her hand with a sly expression that only stoked Sakura’s rage.

Sakura’s lips twitched violently. "L-Love? Don’t make me laugh. Please, bitch. If anything, it should be me and him—not you, some outsider who came later!"

Valra snorted softly, "It’s not about who came first... It’s about who reaches the depth." She flicked her hair, her face glowing with pride.

"And I’ve gone deeper than you can even imagine."

Sakura’s face went pale, "W-What do you mean?"

Valra’s smirk only widened, her eyes glinting with cruel satisfaction.

The expression made Sakura’s blood boil.

"Don’t you dare mock me, bitch!" Sakura shouted, her voice echoing against the locked walls.

"If not for me, you wouldn’t have even smelled his hair, much less touched his hand! Tell me what you’ve done to him!"

Valra scoffed, folding her arms. "It’s not like I needed your help."

"..."

Sakura frowned, ’She’s so full of herself... ah,’ she thought bitterly. Then, suddenly, a sly smile curved her lips.

"It seems you don’t understand your position..." she whispered darkly.

Valra’s smirk faltered. "What?"

"Bitch, do you really think he’ll be happy if he finds out you tricked him into loving you?" Sakura’s voice dripped with madness as her eyes turned dark and muddy..

The words hit Valra like a dagger. She flinched. Her chest tightened as her smirk wavered, cracks forming in her confident facade. For a brief moment, she forgot how fragile her claim over Leo really was.

Sakura smirked, her lips curling into something sharp and wicked.

"If you say your love went deep... then shouldn’t it be best for me to break that depth?" Her grin widened, glowing with a dangerous light.

Valra’s face paled instantly. "Y-You wouldn’t..."

"Please. Of course I would." Sakura’s voice dropped, sly and dangerous,

"Didn’t you say before—if we’re going to sink, then we sink together. But yeah..." she tilted her head, eyes glimmering with cruel amusement, "compared to you, mine might not be that much of a problem. After all, I didn’t go that deep, right~?"

Valra gulped, horror swelling inside her chest. Yeah... she had been enjoying everything with Leo without once thinking of the consequences.

What if... Leo learned the truth?

Would he still love her?

Would he still accept her?

Or... would he throw her out like garbage?

The thought alone made her legs tremble, her breath catching painfully in her throat. Her body froze as fear clawed at her heart.

What if he never spoke to her again?

Was she making a mistake all along?

As the dreadful realisation sank deeper, Sakura smirked and nodded softly, "You understand our position now, right?"

Valra snapped back from her spiralling thoughts and gave a small, reluctant nod.

Sakura’s grin widened. "Good. Now... tell me what happened between you two? We will end this... No problem, right?"

Valra blinked, her mouth parting in surprise. Then, to Sakura’s irritation, her cheeks flushed bright red. She turned shy, almost flustered, and her body curled in on itself with embarrassment.

Just seeing that expression made Sakura’s blood boil.

’Yep. Something definitely happened,’ she screamed inwardly, rage pounding against her ribs. Forcing herself to control the bloodlust in her veins, she demanded,

"J-Just tell me!"

Valra’s blush deepened. Her heart raced, her lips trembled.

How could she say it out loud? That they had kissed... more than once?

That was so wrong~

She couldn’t confess that! Not to her rival! Saying it felt shameless, indecent.

Yet the memory of it made her body tremble with warmth. Wrong, yes—but so good.

Her fingers twitched nervously. Slowly, she lifted her hands, pinching two fingers together. With hesitant movements, she touched them softly, mimicking the act... almost like kissing.

"???" Sakura blinked, staring blankly. "Oi? What the hell are you doing? Just tell me already! You’re just pissing me off even more!"

Valra’s face burned. "C-Can’t you see? I’m showing it to you, idiot! How can you be so shameless, asking me to say it out loud! Shameless woman!!" She clenched her fists again, her whole body trembling as she repeated the motion with her fingers, again and again.

Sakura frowned at first, confused about what this bitch was trying to do. But then... as she watched Valra’s trembling fingers pinch together, touch, and then one slip between the other... What the...?

Her mind slowly clicked.

The dots connected.

A horrifying, filthy dot she never wanted to connect.

Not knowing, Valra’s hand trembled even more under the crushing pressure of shyness. She only wanted to show, not speak. But for Sakura...

Her face twisted, horrified.

Her lips trembled as the realisation dawned.... That was why Valra hesitated.

That was why she refused to say it. Because even Sakura, even a jealous rival, wouldn’t dare confess that kind of thing to another woman.

’They fucked?’

That was it.

Snap!

Something deep inside Sakura broke apart, her sanity cracking like fragile glass.

Her vision clouded, and everything around her dissolved into a blur of red and shadow. Her head lowered, strands of hair falling across her face, her body swaying under the crushing weight of the truth she refused to accept.

Slowly, her hand raised.

Glint~

A sharp flash of metal caught the sunlight.

A knife... Small, but deadly!

Valra’s eyes widened in shock, "H-Hey?-"

"Hehe... hehehehehe—" Sakura’s laughter spilt out, broken and twisted, her lips curling into a smile too wide, too wrong. Her eyes gleamed with madness as she screamed,

"Fucking die, bitch!!!"

She lunged.

Chuckkk!!
