Fierce Daddy: His Million-Dollar Sweetheart
Chapter 27: Attending the Wedding Banquet
CHAPTER 27: CHAPTER 27: ATTENDING THE WEDDING BANQUET
"You can’t insult my mommy. My mommy isn’t like what you said. I didn’t have plastic surgery, and I don’t care about being your President Kane’s son," Timmy Monroe shouted angrily, clenching his little fists.
He was so agitated his eyes turned red. He hated this female receptionist and began to hate Leon Keane as well.
It’s Leon Keane who wants to recognize him as his son, it’s Leon Keane who wants to pursue mommy, but his Kane Group employee can bite back like this, so viciously insulting his mommy?
"I am going to insult your mommy. Your mommy is a whore, a poisonous woman. It doesn’t matter if you don’t admit to plastic surgery; a fake can’t become real. You don’t care about being President Kane’s son, yet you came to Kane Group to find President Kane, falsely claiming to be his son? Haha... you little shameless thing, I’ll give you a minute to get out, or don’t blame me for being rude."
The female receptionist admired Leon Keane, idolized him, and when Ivana Monroe was exposed online, she despised Ivana Monroe. She didn’t expect that poisonous woman would send her son to impersonate the young master of The Kanes to find President Kane.
Ivana Monroe is really shameless then unbeatable; she’s invincibly cheap.
"You’re the whore, you’re the poisonous woman," Timmy Monroe angrily waved his little fists at the female receptionist. The female receptionist stood inside the marble front desk, and the little boy wasn’t even taller than the marble. He stretched out his arm, but couldn’t reach the female receptionist.
This action angered the female receptionist.
The female receptionist turned around and came out, suddenly reaching out to push Timmy Monroe to the ground: "You dare insult me? You uncultured brat."
The driver waited for a while, seeing no one come to pay, he got out of the car and ran into Kane Group, and witnessed this scene of the female receptionist pushing Timmy Monroe. He immediately shouted, "Stop! How can you, as an adult, hit a child?"
The driver ran over and picked up Timmy Monroe, seeing the little boy’s reddened eyes filled with tears, reminded him of his own son, who was about the same age as the boy in front of him.
The driver started quarreling with the female receptionist.
"What’s going on?" Derrick Stern had just come down the elevator when he heard the commotion in the lobby.
A few female receptionists saw it was Derrick Stern, plus Leon Keane behind him, and their expressions changed with fright.
"Hello, Mrs. Stern, hello, President Kane."
The female receptionist quarreling with the driver, face flushed, heard the voices, and closed her mouth, not arguing with the driver anymore.
The female receptionist turned around, saw the distinguished Leon Keane, her heart trembled, admiration flashed in her eyes, but she restrained it, saying to Derrick Stern, "Mrs. Stern, it’s like this, this little boy ran over claiming he’s President Kane’s son. I suspect a scheming woman is behind him directing him to do this. I told him to leave, but he wouldn’t, insisting on causing trouble here with me. Also, this driver must have taken the benefits from that scheming woman to accompany the little boy to cause trouble with me."
The female receptionist embellished her explanation, omitting her part of pushing the little boy over, which is why the driver argued with her.
President Kane detested scheming women coming to the company to find him. If they couldn’t find him, they caused all sorts of commotion, and the result was predictable — all got dragged out by security.
The female receptionist waited for Derrick Stern to call security to drag Timmy Monroe and the driver out.
When Derrick Stern saw Timmy Monroe next to the driver, he was stunned; this little boy looked... so much like President Kane. This little boy with Ian Keane’s young master looked almost identical, just like indistinguishable twin brothers.
"You... are you Timmy Monroe?" Derrick Stern asked excitedly.
Leon Keane saw Timmy Monroe and was slightly startled. Then he walked over quickly and saw the little boy with his head lowered, as if wronged. He frowned, bent his honorable waist, wanting to pick up the little boy.
Timmy Monroe vigorously struggled, pushed off his hand, and took two steps back, quite resistant to him.
Leon Keane hurriedly reached out to grab Timmy Monroe’s little hand, not letting the little boy back away any further. He crouched down in front of the little boy and found Timmy Monroe’s eyes were red, and there were traces of tears on his naive cheeks.
Leon Keane’s heart suddenly tightened: "What’s going on? Don’t be afraid, daddy will stand up for you."
A few female receptionists were all stunned and glaring, did they hear wrong? President Kane... President Kane personally admitted to being this child’s daddy?
The female receptionist who pushed Timmy Monroe, her face turned pale with shock, she shook her head, no, this can’t be real, this isn’t true.
Timmy Monroe lifted his head and met Leon Keane’s black eyes. The little boy’s tears instantly flowed out, pointing at that female receptionist, he cried, "She cursed my mommy, said terrible things to her, she also said I had plastic surgery, said I wanted to be your son."
Leon Keane’s black eyes suddenly turned cold, he painfully pulled Timmy Monroe into his arms. This time the little boy did not resist him. Leon Keane picked the little boy up, gently patting his back: "Timmy didn’t have plastic surgery, Timmy is my son."
He said this to Timmy Monroe, his cold eyes resting on the female receptionist with a pale face: "Does my son, and my son’s mommy deserve your insults? Go get your paycheck; Kane Group doesn’t need employees like you."
The female receptionist’s legs weakened, almost crying, Kane’s salary is high and the benefits are good. She doesn’t want to lose this job.
The female receptionist regretted deeply: "President Kane, I was wrong, please, give me one more chance..."
The driver added, "President Kane, don’t pat the child’s back anymore. He was just pushed to the ground by this vicious woman."
Leon Keane’s palm paused, slightly trembling, his eyes had a storm, he coldly ordered Derrick Stern: "Throw her out for me."
The Derville Hotel.
When Ivana Monroe arrived, Michelle Monroe and Zachary Heston had already exchanged rings on a stage covered with red carpets and flowers romantically.
"Next, let’s invite Michelle Monroe’s sister, Ivana Monroe, to come up on stage and deliver a congratulatory speech."
After the host’s infectious voice was finished, white lights focused on Ivana Monroe.
Everyone saw Ivana Monroe, causing a small stir.
"Is that Ivana Monroe? Looks so beautiful, figure is top-notch too, could debut as a star," Isaac Heston said with keen interest as he watched Ivana Monroe. Standing under the lights, she’s like a natural illuminator, and he almost couldn’t take his eyes off her.
He thought Ivana Monroe was several times more beautiful than the bride Michelle Monroe, simply incomparable. Zachary Heston divorcing Ivana Monroe was really his loss.
"Is this even beautiful? Cousin, what’s wrong with your standards? Did you see what they say about her online? She’s a shameless poisonous woman who got her son to have plastic surgery to look like Leon Keane, thinking Leon Keane would want her?" Susan Heston spat in Ivana Monroe’s direction, a scoundrel, yet has the guts to dream about Leon Keane?
"The words of those ignorant netizens, can they be taken seriously? Susie, are you naive? Or jealous she’s prettier than you?"
