Early the next morning, Yara Reagan made breakfast for everyone.

Everyone had a good rest that night, and even Gene Young had a rare sound sleep.

At the breakfast table, Yara Reagan discussed today’s itinerary.

"Let’s keep a low profile. After visiting the hospital, we’ll head straight to Officer Young’s sanatorium," Yara said, pausing for a moment before continuing, "There might be a bit of trouble."

Iris Lockwood was puzzled, "What?"

"Jadenhill Sanatorium, Harrison Grant is also there." Yara’s eyes showed a hint of apprehension.

Iris Lockwood cursed lowly, letting out a cold laugh, "That old bastard isn’t dead yet?"

Ever since the incident with Evelyn Clayton two months ago, Harrison Grant had done quite a lot.

Although he hadn’t left the hospital, he still held a tight grip over Atlas Group, even the president Jasper Grant couldn’t have any autonomy.

Although Gem’s autumn-winter collection launch didn’t go completely unnoticed as they feared, the sales fell far below their expectations.

If it weren’t for Violet Ford stepping in at the last moment to reinvest in Gem, coupled with a previously customized payment being recovered, Gem might not have lasted till now.

Moreover, a while ago, the company’s website was attacked by an unknown hacker.

Yara had someone investigate, and the hacker’s IP address traced back to Atlas Group.

Harrison Grant had already begun taking steps to destroy Gem.

"If he were dead, quite a few people in Riversend would probably cheer," Yara also added sarcastically, "His elder son may be a scoundrel, but the second and third sons are obedient and capable. Look, who now dares to bring up Matthew Sullivan’s previous imprisonment?"

Matthew Sullivan is now openly a part of Atlas Group, serving as the financial vice president, second only to James Grant.

Although not a top position, the finance of a company is virtually its lifeline.

This shows how much Harrison Grant trusts Matthew Sullivan now.

"Yeah, maybe it won’t be long before Matthew Sullivan changes his surname to Grant." Iris Lockwood scoffed, "Matthew Sullivan’s probably so happy he’ll be setting off firecrackers."

Gene Young quietly listened to the sarcastic exchange between the two, not saying a word.

Yara Reagan didn’t dwell on the matter further and changed the topic, "When we go to Jadenhill, it’s likely that we’ll be noticed by Harrison Grant’s people, so we’d better disguise ourselves."

Saying this, Yara looked at Gene Young.

Gene Young finished drinking his soy milk and met Yara’s gaze calmly, showing an air of willingness to comply.

"We might need Officer Young to help with Iris’s performance," Yara considered, "You can pretend to be Iris’s boyfriend, there to recover. I’ve already arranged for a room at Jadenhill Sanatorium."

Upon hearing this, Iris Lockwood instinctively wanted to ask why it was her and Gene Young playing the couple, but Yara glanced at her, and she thought her question might be unnecessary, so she kept quiet.

Unexpectedly, Yara explained further.

"Last night before sleeping, I reached out to Trevor Hawthorne."

Iris Lockwood immediately understood.

Trevor Hawthorne had always been somewhat interested in Yara Reagan, so asking for help should avoid causing annoyance.

Properly utilizing Trevor Hawthorne would be a great help to them.

"Sure, I have no problem!" Iris Lockwood cheerfully agreed, "Officer Young, let’s cooperate well and play a loving couple, huh!"

Gene Young cleared his throat lightly, his expression unchanged, "Alright."

"One more thing," Yara reminded again, "Although we’ve made preparations in advance, we definitely can’t hide it from Harrison Grant for long, so it’s best if we can keep the fact that Officer Young is also at the sanatorium a secret."
