Nina’s lawyer is silent for a moment before slowly speaking, "I have some doubts concerning the witnesses’ descriptions."

"Please go ahead," the judge agrees.

Nina’s lawyer looks at the Zenith employees and asks, "You say you heard Sierra’s voice and saw her on the ground, but did you see Nina Sinclair pushing her? Was it just a subjective assumption that Nina did it?"

The group is momentarily stunned, glancing at one another.

Indeed, they hadn’t actually seen it firsthand.

However, when they turned towards the sound, Sierra was already on the ground, and Nina was the only one in front of her. If not Nina, then who?

Nina’s lawyer sees this and smirks, continuing, "The defendant has new evidence. Please take a look."

The surveillance footage from the nearby building is then presented.
