Chapter 78: I Want Vivian Lynch’s Baby to Be Aborted
CHAPTER 78: CHAPTER 78: I WANT VIVIAN LYNCH’S BABY TO BE ABORTED
"I’m looking forward to it too." Vivian’s eyes also sparkled with anticipation, just thinking about the future happy life as a family of four made her very happy.
Since then, Caden Hawthorne has taken even better care of Vivian Lynch.
He would accompany Vivian to her prenatal check-ups, experiencing the babies’ growth together, determined never to miss a single appointment.
Whenever Vivian spoke about the babies’ movements, Caden would flash a blissful smile as if the whole world had become more beautiful.
Stella Fletcher looked at Vivian with surprise all over her face, "Wow, really? That must be amazing."
Vivian came out of her memories, looked ahead, smiled gently, her eyes filled with happiness.
"Yes, at that moment, both Caden and I were especially excited. His eyes were full of joy and tenderness, and I felt very happy at that moment."
Stella sighed, "Vivian, you really are very happy now. With President Hawthorne doting on you and your soon-to-be-born babies."
Vivian nodded, a content smile spreading across her face, "I also feel really lucky. Stella, how about you? How have you been lately?"
Stella sighed slightly, "I’m still the same, just work and home. But seeing you so happy, I’m happy for you too."
Vivian gave a faint smile, "Have you ever thought about getting a boyfriend or something?"
Stella shook her head with an expression of gentle refusal, "Forget it, men would only slow down my money-making speed. Although I like handsome guys, I don’t want to get married."
Vivian was amused by Stella’s words and couldn’t help but tease, "Haha, you have some unique thoughts. But matters of the heart can’t be forced; maybe one day you’ll meet someone who changes your mind."
Stella shrugged and smiled slightly, "Maybe, but for now, I’m enjoying the freedom of being alone. Oh, Vivian, will you still continue your jewelry designing after your babies are born?"
Vivian gave it a little thought. "I will, I love jewelry design, it’s my dream. I want to return to work when the babies grow a little older. Besides, Caden supports me very much."
Stella nodded, "That’s good, I knew you wouldn’t give up on your dreams easily. Your jewelry designs are so beautiful, I believe you’ll become a very outstanding jewelry designer one day."
The two continued chatting, enjoying exquisite pastries and drinking juice, as the sun poured over the backyard, warm and serene.
That night.
Inside a restaurant, two women sat facing each other, talking.
"Come on, tell me! Why did you ask me out? What’s up?" The woman sitting opposite was Jessica Hart.
The woman in front of her wore a baseball cap, which covered half her face.
"I know you hate Vivian too. She’s made your life so miserable now, don’t you want to get revenge?"
Jessica frowned, her gaze showing a hint of hesitation. "Of course, I want revenge, but what can I do now? Sean Sinclair has abandoned me, and I have no support."
The woman across lowered her voice. "We can join forces to deal with Vivian together. I have a plan, and if you cooperate with me, it will definitely make Vivian pay."
Jessica’s heart moved, but she was still a bit doubtful. "Why are you helping me? What do you want?"
The woman sneered. "My purpose is simple, to make Vivian lose the baby in her belly. She’s blocking my way, and I can’t let her keep being smug. As for helping you, wouldn’t you want another ally? And after it’s done, you’ll get what you want too."
Saying this, the woman pulled a bank card out of her bag and handed it to Jessica.
"This card has 200,000. As long as you make Vivian’s baby miscarry, the money is yours, and I’ll give you an extra 500,000."
Hearing this, Jessica frowned, "The baby in Vivian’s belly is Hawthorne Family’s blood after all. You know Master Hawthorne’s temperament. If I make Vivian’s baby miscarry, what if he retaliates against me?"
At this point, Jessica added, "Besides, Vivian is now Mrs. Hawthorne, this money isn’t enough to buy the life of her child."
Upon hearing this, the woman smirked, "What? It’s not enough? Fine, after it’s done, I’ll give you two million, how about that?"
"Two million?" Hearing this amount, Jessica began to waver inside.
After all, given her family’s situation, even if she worked for ten years, she might not earn over 2 million.
Seeing the hesitant look on Jessica’s face, the woman gritted her teeth and said, "If you think it’s not worth it, then I’ll find someone else to do it."
Saying this, the woman started to take back her card.
Seeing this, Jessica bit her lip, thought for a moment, then quickly took the card, saying, "Okay, I promise you. But you must ensure that this plan won’t get me into bigger trouble."
"Of course, I’ll prepare flight tickets for you to leave the country when the time comes. With that money, you’ll never have to return to Aethelgard."
"Alright." Jessica agreed without thinking, after all, Sean had abandoned her, she had lost her job, and now even feeding herself was difficult.
"But, you must promise me one thing. If anything is exposed, you can’t rat me out. Otherwise, I have ways to make you suffer greatly."
"Don’t worry, I won’t rat you out." Jessica nodded quickly.
The woman smiled satisfactorily, then began to discuss the detailed steps of the plan with Jessica.
"First, we need to understand Vivian’s daily routine and find the right opportunity to act. You can approach the people around her and find out about her situation," the woman whispered.
Jessica nodded. "Got it, I’ll find a way."
"Moreover, when taking action, you must be careful and not leave any evidence. If Caden discovers it, we’re both finished," the woman cautioned.
Jessica felt a bit nervous, but thinking about the two million, she mustered her courage. "I’ll be careful."
The two discussed in the restaurant for a long time, finalizing the preliminary plan. Then, they left respectively to begin preparing for the plan’s execution.
Caden returned to Hartswell Manor after work, Stella was just about to leave, and Vivian was still persuading her to stay.
"Stella, have dinner before you go!"
Stella waved her hand, gently declining Vivian’s kindness, "No need to go to the trouble. Your Master Hawthorne will be home soon, I don’t want to be the third wheel between you two."
Caden could see that Vivian was a bit reluctant to let Stella go, so he coughed twice and walked over to them.
"Miss Fletcher, if my wife can’t bear to let you leave and wants to keep you for dinner, I think you should stay."
