--This chapter is written in Licia's POV--

Midnight.

Claire and I would usually be busy at this hour, but tonight was a little different.

After poking him a bunch to make sure he was really asleep, we quietly slipped out of the room.

The others were already waiting for us in the hallway, but before we could head out, we left two maids to keep watch over Miwen, in case he woke up in the middle of the night.

Once outside, we opened the front gates for the rest of the gang to enter.

Then, we quietly moved toward the mansion's garden, where Isabella had built a secret basement, accessible only through a hidden tunnel.

It was so well hidden that even with the [Gacha Kingdom Building] functions and our [Roles], Isa was the only one who could actually find it.

With her as our guide, we descended the stairs until the faint glow of a chandelier reached us.

At the center of the room below, a single table waited under its light.

Wasting no time, we each took our seats.

Licia: "First... Thank you for joining us, everyone!"

I was honestly surprised by how many people had come.

Mia, Claire, Ellie, Anna, the Valkies, and even Liz, to a certain extent... These girls were a given.

I knew I could count on them for something like this.

However, I never imagined how easily Marin and Celly would be convinced, given how they usually prefer to stay at their own place rather than live with us.

Even Jackie and Nissa barely protested.

Once Jackie promised she'd help as much as she could, Nissa begrudgingly agreed to participate.

The only ones who resisted us were, funnily enough, Angie and Reina.

They worried about lying and keeping secrets from Miwen, but ultimately, they decided that this time, lying to him wasn't that bad.

If I had to say, the only problem was Lily, who somehow turned out to be a worse liar than me.

Whenever she had to talk to Miwen, she panicked, and if not for Lana covering for her, our entire plan might've been exposed.

Thankfully, I managed to convince the last person I needed just in time.

Miwen didn't even get the slightest clue about what was happening behind his back, which was an achievement in itself, given how many people were involved and how much he pays attention to us.

First Daughter: "Well... I did promise him I'd hang around a little more... And you are incredibly pesky, so..."

Fifth Daughter: "Translation: She's happy you invited her, but as one of the Endless, her pride didn't allow her to agree instantly-"

First Daughter: "You promised you'd be quiet!"

Fifth Daughter: "Whoops~"

I really wanted the First Daughter to join us.

She's always fun and nice, and pretty much everyone thinks of her as a friend.

Especially Miwen.

However, until the last minute, she refused, and only agreed after I gave her my word on one peculiar condition.

That was...

To allow her younger siblings to join, too.

Considering what they had done to Miwen and what we wanted to do, I was a little on the fence about letting them come, but I thought this was the First Daughter's way of promoting peace between us, which seemed like a good idea.

Although I'd still like to have a long talk with them if I get the chance...

Third Son: "I suppose the First is not making an exception this time?"

First Daughter: "What do you mean? He's here. Watching..."

This is one thing I regretted the most.

I wanted to meet the First Son myself and thank him for his help.

And for giving this Gift to Miwen, too.

But some things just can't be helped, no matter how much we may want it.

This was true for him, for the Merchant, and for Pris.

They all seem to have their own circumstances, and I was aware of the limits I shouldn't cross when bothering everyone with my selfish wishes.

The First Daughter was one thing, but even if she outranks the Merchant on the cosmic scale, when he's too busy to answer, it's a matter of life or death, whereas there's no such thing as life or death for her.

She literally has all the time in the world to deal with her problems, as well as the means.

Still, since everything is as the Endless wills it, I decided that getting even one of them on board was something to be proud of!

I was just too happy to see how many people came to cry over the ones I didn't manage to bring.

Licia: "Ahem! With that out of the way... As you guys already know, Miwen's birthday is in two days..."

Since he was so busy during the Event, we didn't get a chance to celebrate a single time.

Two whole anniversaries went by with him solely focused on Isabella.

To the point that he managed to find time to celebrate her birthday and not his own...

He's unbelievable, really.

The girls and I didn't think this was fair, and we wanted to make something special for him this time.

We knew that if we told him that, he'd brush it off or tell us not to waste time with something like this.

But still...

We'd all feel bad about it if we let this chance escape.

That's why we brought in as many people as we could.

To give him our best effort.

The only problem was...

Licia: "We have no idea what to do!"

We wanted him to have a day to remember.

However, even something as simple as a gift was hard to think about when [Gacha Kingdom Building] can get him pretty much anything he wants.

Obviously, we wanted to throw him a party too.

That was a must.

But for everyone to participate, we'd need a large space, not to mention a lot of preparation and manpower to get everything done in time.

And a distraction, too...

The more we thought about the logistics, the clearer it became that we'd need all the help we could get.

Fifth Daughter: "Eh... I already gave him something, so I-"

While her lips continued to move, no sound was made.

First Daughter: "Don't mind us. Go on!"

Of course, her older sister had to be the culprit.

It was a little funny to see how they get in each other's way.

Their relationship was pretty human-like for the beings they were.

Licia: "Well... That's pretty much it, actually. We want to hear everyone's ideas. We can separate our roles once we decide what we'll do."

Not even a second later, while the others processed what I had said, Cassandra came up with her suggestion.

Cassandra: "Let's all give him a massive orgy!"

To no one's surprise, she spoke the first thing that came to her mind.

And the first thing that came to her mind was sex.

Bea: "...That would be impractical. Even with his clone."

Most of the girls were too shocked by the thought to respond.

But Bea wasn't among them.

She had an argument prepared, almost as if she had already considered the idea herself.

Isabella: "Not to mention, we don't all have that luxury."

I never saw a meaner look on Isa's face.

The idea of being the only one left behind truly bothered her.

Almost as much as what she said bothered her brothers, who couldn't stop reprimanding her and cursing Miwen.

First Daughter: "Don't forget my family and the boys are participating too, so that won't do."

Mia: "Y-Yeah! Let's move on!"

Cassandra: "Alright. But I'm all out of ideas."

All things considered, this topic went better than expected, in the sense that we got it out of the way fast.

As interesting as it sounded, it would never work.

Even though Miwen had been with quite a few girls already, that was still a small minority of us.

And of course, for the ones who wanted to be with him, they'd like it to be just the two of them.

At least for the majority...

Ellie: "In that case... We should start with the things he likes, right?"

Anna: "So, games and stuff?"

Claire: "Movies, coffee..."

Reina: "There are quite a few drinks he likes, too."

There were a lot of small things we could gift him, but quite a few of them were things from his world, making it hard for us to know exactly what to get him.

Thankfully, some of us had his memories, and with the help of the Endless' omniscience, we ended up with an insanely long list that contained everything he ever liked and wanted.

Well, I say list, but it was more like a book...

Or a series of books.

Licia: "...This is a little too much."

Claire: "Yeah... I'm pretty sure he got over the pacifiers by now..."

Cassandra: "Hard not to with so many milkers avail-"

To Cassandra's dismay, we had Saints and Angels in the room, and they took it upon themselves to protect the innocent girls from hearing her obscenities.

Whenever she opened her mouth and even a single bad word came out, they quickly shut her up.

Olivia: "We should take out the impossible things. These live performances, for example."

Bea: "I was thinking so too. There are things he wouldn't want to do right now, too, like traveling to another country."

Fifth Daughter: "Yeah, yeah, leave it to me!"

Erotic fantasies, intrusive and malicious thoughts, getting rid of war and diseases, being someone he was not, things that were too specific to get through gacha rolls, and so on...

After several edits, the wish book we had was still massive, but at least it was readable.

We could even leave it on the table without its legs breaking from the weight!

Licia: "Hm... I was thinking... For most things here, a smaller group would be better..."

Everyone realized this, but understandably, no one wanted to be the one to say it.

This was meant to be our gift to him, after all.

It was our way of showing our gratitude, and even if just a little, everyone here wanted to participate.

Still...

Licia: "I think I have an idea."

A plan that would work better with a large group.

One that would include a bunch of things he wanted.

I was quite proud of it, to be honest.

The girls also seemed to agree that it was a nice idea, so after a lot of discussion and refinements, we finally had a good plan.

All that was left was to put it into motion and pray that everything goes right.

Although personally, I was quite confident.

After all, if it's for him...

There's nothing we can't do.
