CHAPTER 67: SPEECH

They’ll think you guys are strong and attack with more force and hundred of battle ships.

"When they do, the only only way to survive is by attacking with equal strength because it’ll be a large scale war," Julian said. "They’ll explode this planet I’m sure, that’s why gaining control of another planet won’t be bad. We have control of Hellfott. We can have control of the ice planet."

Matt gaped. "No offense sir but that will be impossible."

"Why," Julian asked.

"They have a lot of ice powered machineries and weapons. They are also surprisingly very good in battle."

Julian only listened.

"We all are not so good you in battle. You might be at god level but we are very low," Matt continued. "But them?, they all are crazy in battle!"

Julian smiled.

"We’ll train and I won’t go full force on them. I’ll simply go over and ask politely."

Zakk and Rayn gasped, Matt didn’t.

"What are you saying?" Zatt said. "You’ll be killed!"

Julian grinned.

"I won’t."

Just then a guard walked into the hall and bowed before Julian.

"Sire, the citizens are waiting for you, it’s time for the meeting."

Julian nodded promptly and walked to the door, saying to Matt, Zakk and Rayn:

"We’ll talk later. I have to address the planet."

They nodded and then, Julian walked towards the door.

The three nodded and they too walked out, following another door.

Just as Julian steeped outside, the wind fell on his face. He looked around him. Citizens of the planet were all outside.

In front of him was a steel looking podium. Walking over to it, he climbed, the device rotating a bit before halting and then, started going up. Julian looked down and slowly the ground started to look tiny.

He was without the galactic armor and he made it was completely intentional. He wanted them to see him clearly. He wanted them to see their Emperor’s face.

As the podium rose, the wind slapped Julian’s face like a warning—but he welcomed it. It was cold, sharp, almost bitter. It reminded him that he wasn’t dreaming, that everything he had been through was real.

From above, the planet looked... bruised. You know, half buildings still standing tall even though many had been reduced to debris.

The remaining buildings stood like tired warriors, some with scars of battle—holes, burns, pieces torn out like someone had taken bites from them. The lights in the city still glowed, but not bright like celebration. Perhaps they forgot to turn it off?, because the day before it was pretty vibrant.

The streets were cracked in places, patched in others. A few towers had crumbled completely, now replaced with tents and makeshift shelters.

But the people... the people were the only thing shining.

From up here, Julian could see them packed across the field, down the roads, even up on rooftops. Every eye locked on him. Some were in armor, some had bandages, and some just stood with empty hands—civilians who’d fought back with whatever they had. Well, they didn’t actually fight, they just ran and hide but Julian saw the soldiers as the civilians.

They weren’t just looking at a leader. They were looking at their damn last hope.

Julian stepped forward. His voice hit the mic like a blade.

"You guys suffered," he said, eyes scanning all of them. "We’ve seen friends die, families torn, homes turned to dust. But let’s say the Hellfotts did you guys dirty. They tried to kill you all and reduce this planet to nothing"

They listened. You could feel the silence.

"But we’re still standing. And I’m not taking revenge, instead I’ll rule over them and now, only their soldiers are here so i still have to go over there and let them know. I’ll be frank, their governor Is dead and so his thier commander."

A few claps. Some people nodded.

"This war wasn’t just something that happened. At least it had an impact. It made both planets unite and that, that is what is the key here."

Julian stared into their faces.

"Your rulers didn’t have what it took to rule. I came here as a replacement to both planets. This is a brutal galaxy and you all need someone who can actually handle all this. Somebody tough, somebody that will make this planet great again. You guys need someone fierce and determined."

Julian smiled.

"Well, I won’t say I’m that, but as you guys saw, I look like someone that would make you all look strong."

They all nodded in the affirmative and some chanted him praises.

"All Hail Emperor Julian!"

"All Hail Emperor Julian!"

"All Hail Emperor Julian!"

"All Hail Emperor Julian!"

Julian grinned as he watched them chant his name.

"Time we stop acting weak. Time you all start acting brave. The imperium is coming and will you all just watch?" Julian asked.

"No!" They chanted, responding with equal energy. Responding with equal bravery.

"The imperium wants to rule over all the planets is all galaxy."

Julian’s eyes narrowed.

"Well, I say fuck that."

Gasps. Roars. The people came alive again.

"I didn’t become Emperor to watch that happen. I became Emperor to stop that." Julian said. "I Came to put an end to it."

He paused, letting that sink in.

"We won’t stop here, we might defeat the batch they send but to truly defeat them, we’ll need to expand, to conquer more planets and add them to our Empire. This is being recorded and it’ll be played to the citizens of Hellfott as I won’t be speaking twice."

More cheers. Fire in the crowd now.

"But this isn’t about power. This is about building something new. Together. We won’t just rebuild—we’ll rise. Stronger. Smarter. Unified."

The crowd roared again. Some were already raising their fists.

"I’ll train with you. I’ll fight beside you. And when the next war comes, we won’t just defend..."

Julian leaned in.

"We’ll dominate."

The wind blew harder. The podium began to descend again. Julian’s eyes didn’t move. He stared ahead, focused.

He wasn’t just leading them.

He was commanding them.

He was the almighty Emperor Julian, ruler of two planets.

The podium slowly came down and he watched them hail him. When the Podium finally landed, he left it With Aura.

He had the ice planet to face but then, Julian knew Commander Nethul was near, and he just couldn’t wait to kill him.
