God-Tier Extraction Talent: Reincarnated in a Game-like World!
Chapter 254: The End of the Event and Start of White Phantom’s Legend!
CHAPTER 254: THE END OF THE EVENT AND START OF WHITE PHANTOM’S LEGEND!
Naturally, the dev team had informed Andrew and his squad about Gabriel’s presence inside the dungeons, but they had not made a move yet.
This was because they had already planned a date to strike, and they were still not done with the necessary preparations to ensure that their plan would be successful.
It was the reason they had decided not to strike—until Garth suddenly suggested it.
"That might actually backfire," Andrew stated, crossing one leg over the other as he sipped his coffee with a calm expression.
"Backfire?" Garth frowned.
Andrew nodded as he continued, "I saw a clip of the ongoing fighting, and I’m certain he’s not even using ten percent of his strength."
Both Yumi and Garth sucked in a deep breath when they heard this.
"That means if he were to use a hundred percent, there’s a big chance the dungeon would be destroyed," Yumi mumbled in a daze.
"Correct," Andrew replied. "If we were to attack, he would use his full power. If that happens, not only would we risk losing our lives, but we might even attract the dungeon boss."
"In essence, there are just too many variables to consider, hence the reason I’ve taken a back seat all this while."
"So what now?" Yumi and Garth stared at Andrew, their leader, with anticipation in their eyes.
’We follow the original plan like we talked about,’ Andrew spoke firmly.

Scarlet was going through a mountain of paperwork when Lilly, her assistant, rushed into the room unannounced, breathing heavily as if she had just run a marathon.
"Vice Leader!"
Scarlet didn’t respond immediately. She slowly raised her head from the pile of work and looked at Lilly.
"What’s the problem?" she asked in a soft yet cold, emotionless voice.
"There’s a situation in the Monkey Paradise dungeon," Lilly replied. "A group of adventurers just reported that thousands of otherworlders are ganging up on a masked man."
"Why?" Scarlet furrowed her brows.
"Reasons are unknown," Lilly replied.
"I need more information about this battle," Scarlet said, her tone firm. "In the meantime, don’t interfere in any of their business."
It was never a wise decision to involve yourself in matters concerning immortals who could never truly die.
---
Back in the Monkey Paradise dungeon, the players were stunned the moment they saw the increase in rewards—but that shock soon turned to greed as they snapped out of their trance-like state and activated their skills once more.
"Dammit, the developers surely want to get rid of him!"
"Ten freaking scrolls!" a rogue player licked his lips as drool slid down his chin.
"I don’t care even if I lose all my levels—I must get it all for myself!"
Naturally, Gabriel had seen the updated announcement as well, realizing that the developers were trying their hardest to get rid of him.
But that wasn’t the only announcement he saw. On his retina, there was a slight update to his quest too.
The previous reward of 500 EP was now 700 EP, which meant that whatever entity was granting him quests was scaling them based on the difficulty of the situation.
But who was Gabriel to complain? If he could gain this amount of Extraction Points by just expending a little mana and strength he would gladly do it any day.
With a quick sweep of his gaze, he discovered that the number of players in the dungeon had tripled. Some looked at him with intense greed and determination, while others seemed lost—they had been directly teleported into the dungeon without their consent.
"Die!!!"
Suddenly, Gabriel heard a loud roar behind him. He spun around just in time to strike with his swords, sending that player back to the respawn cycle instantly.
Then he stomped the ground lightly. It caved in despite the minimal strength he used, but it did the job, launching him directly into the midst of the players.
SLASH! FWISH! FWISH! BOOM!
A mixture of magic attacks, sword slashes, and explosions rang through the air as more and more players died, bursting into glowing particles.
There was no difference between this wave and the last. All of them met the same brutal fate, unable even to see their opponent.
The chaos didn’t stop there. Even after hundreds had vanished into light, more portals began to open. Streams of players were being teleported straight into the dungeon like a flood of moths drawn to a flame.
"Get the bounty reward! Whoever kills him gets double loot!"
"Forget the loot! I just want his gear—those blades must be Legendary tier!"
The greed in their eyes was frightening. It no longer looked like a dungeon raid—it was a feeding frenzy.
Gabriel exhaled slowly. "They just don’t learn."
His left hand tightened around his blade as mana surged through his veins. His mask gleamed faintly in the blue light.
In a blur, Gabriel disappeared.
The first five didn’t even realize they were dead until their avatars flickered. The sixth one screamed before being cut in half. The rest scattered, unleashing a rain of spells and arrows.
He moved like a phantom among them—each motion clean and efficient. His sword arced upward, deflecting projectiles, while his other blade cut through necks like water.
"Lightning Shot!"
"Firestorm!"
"Bind him down!"
They combined their attacks, charging the air. Dust filled the room, visibility dropping to near zero.
For a moment, the dungeon went silent.
Then, from the smoke—
Slash. Slash. BOOM!
Bodies flew in every direction.
"Argh!!!"
Seeing that there was no way to defeat him, the players finally lost their will to fight.
Their courage—fueled by greed moments ago—crumbled the instant they realized the truth: nothing they did mattered.
Every attack they launched was either parried, absorbed, or reflected back with twice the power.
When the next wave of explosions tore through the field, the survivors finally broke.
"Retreat! Run!" someone screamed.
"I’m done! Screw the rewards!"
"Get out of here before he—!"
BOOM!
A shockwave blasted through the corridor, sending bodies flying. Dozens of players disintegrated mid-scream, their avatars scattering as glowing dust through the air.
The rest fled in terror, sprinting deeper away from the battlefield, trying desperately to log out or teleport.
All they wanted was to get away from this monster who had reduced their levels to single digits in a matter of minutes.
The remaining players—those who hadn’t been erased yet—simply collapsed to the floor, exhausted, pale, and shaking. They no longer even looked at him. Some started crying; others just sat down and accepted their fate.
Gabriel didn’t give chase, even though he still had enough strength to slaughter them for another hour. It wasn’t worth it. He had already achieved the objective of his quest.
---
At the developer HQ, the atmosphere was heavy. The screens showed the aftermath of the battle—players trying to log out, others ranting on the forums.
One of the junior developers swallowed hard before speaking. "Sir... the players have lost all will to fight. They’re either quitting the dungeon or rage-logging. It’s chaos on the forums."
The assistant lead developer clenched his jaw, staring blankly at the main display. For a long moment, no one dared to speak. The only sounds were the hum of cooling fans and the frantic clicking of keyboards.
Finally, he gritted his teeth. "Call the event off."
A few staffers looked up in shock. "But sir, if we—"
"I said call it off!" he barked, slamming his fist against the table. The impact startled everyone. "If we let this continue, we’ll lose more than just player trust. Shut the damn event down before he breaks the dungeon server."
"Yes, sir!"
The order spread across the control room. Operators moved fast, fingers flying over terminals. One by one, the dungeon connections began to shut down.
It didn’t take long before a worldwide announcement rang through the air, declaring the official end of the event.
"Phew..."
Several cries of relief were heard across the dungeons as soon as players saw the notification. It was as if a massive burden had been lifted.
Gabriel stood in the center of it all, surrounded by broken terrain and flickering blue particles—the remains of the defeated.
One by one, the survivors vanished in streaks of blue light. Cries and angry shouts echoed briefly, then silence.
A few minutes later, all the players were teleported out of the dungeon. The only people left were the inhabitants of this world, watching from afar.
Of course, Gabriel paid them no heed. The familiar notification rang in his mind, and he didn’t need to look to know what it was.

Thanks to all those who support God-Tier Extraction with your valuable Golden Tickets, Power Stones, and gifts. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, there will only be one Chapter again today.
I actually wrote two Chapters, but because of a glitch the app experienced, I lost my second draft—so it’ll be one long Chapter this time! I’m currently writing the next Chapter and would upload as soon as I’m done!
