Ethan smiled as he sat down cross-legged on the floating stone, looking up at her, "I didn’t lie. I told you I would come back... just didn’t tell you that I could revive in the Mystic Soil Domain."

He didn’t go into detail about the [Godly Revival Ability] or the Life Cards. Instead, he only said that he had a unique ability that lets him return once in a while. Just enough truth to earn her trust, but not so much that he’d lose all his cards.

Miso, however, seemed far more excited than suspicious.

"Master!" She suddenly sparkled like a firework bursting in joy, "With your ability to revive, I’m confident that I can become a Divine Realm Spirit!"

Ethan’s brows raised, "What? Divine Realm? Really?"

There was surprise in his tone—but more than that, excitement.
