Hence, this is a Word Spirit that, once used, will persist indefinitely and cannot be canceled. Using it once is sufficient.

However, what truly makes Noah feel peculiar is the function and effect of the Heroic Spirit Hall, making it increasingly familiar. Once the Heroic Spirit Hall is successfully established, all beings harboring a sense of worship for the activator, upon death, will have their souls drawn in and guided into it.

This is not merely an infringement upon the Divine Domain; it’s an outright trampling of Divine authority.

Even though he’s still slumbering in transformation, Noah is very certain that even upon awakening, he will remain within the category of beings from the Material Realm. He might be frighteningly strong, but it’s impossible for him to reach the Realm of the Divine.

There remains a daunting chasm between him and the Immortal Divine, although he will eventually cross this chasm, but not now.

Noah is well aware of this, yet he hasn’t attained immortality but has already successively grasped authorities that only the Divine could acquire.

The previous Word Spirit·Emperor already allowed him to display miracles akin to Divine Descent and blessing, and now, with Word Spirit·Heroic Spirit Hall, he can receive the souls of the deceased. In some sense, he already possesses some properties unique to the Divine Country, which no longer belong to the Transcendent realm but to the Divine Domain.

Although Noah can still deny being a Divine, this Word Spirit undoubtedly diminishes the credibility of that statement significantly. Even Noah feels that this Word Spirit is somewhat excessive.

Nonetheless, despite displaying some contempt for the existence of Divine, the emergence of this Word Spirit happens to be timely, as Noah has already discovered that many of his worshipping Dragon citizens are facing or already threatened by death.

At times, while using Word Spirit·Emperor to descend his will to patrol the territory, he could hear some of his worshipping Dragon citizens, in their final moments before death, reciting his name.

However, at that time, Noah was powerless and could only watch as these Dragon citizens, whose level of faith would meet the standards of devout believers to other Divine, were drawn into the Nether River.

This for the souls of mortal beings is the cruelest outcome, as in the Nether River, everything they’ve experienced and the memories they possess will be washed clean by the river’s waters, turning into blank souls or simply torn into Soul Fragments, scattered into the bottomless abyss or Hell.

Even if they aren’t torn into fragments, the souls eventually cleansed by the river waters will be retrieved by the Death God, reincarnated into the Material Realm, becoming new lives. But these newly born beings have no relation to their previous entities.

Mortal beings wishing to escape such a cruel fate must rely on their own cultivation to achieve immortality, but this is too difficult. Most beings instead choose to depend on Immortal Divine, reciting the names of the Divine.

When one’s faith purity surpasses the devout believers, upon life’s end and the soul’s descent into the Nether River, they will be summoned by the Divine Realm. Even if unfortunately they end up in the Realm of Death God, an envoy dispatched by the Divine will guide them back.

Souls at this level are not mere consumables to the Divine but rather the foundation of the Divine Country, becoming part of the Divine’s Immortal roots.

However, to be fair, souls whose faith can reach this level are less than one in ten, as the vast majority of Wisdom Species, even if they worship the Divine, throughout their lives, typically remain at the level of shallow believers.

The Divine do not respond to all those who worship and pray. Without tangible rewards, the sincerity of Wisdom beings is destined to be limited.

The Wisdom Race mostly unwilling to invest their time and energy for the afterlife at the cost of their present lives. Consequently, the souls of most beings from the Material Realm ultimately end up in the Nether River.

This signifies that the bottomless abyss and Hell will never disappear, even if materially destroyed. As long as the waters of the Nether River do not dry up, the shattered abyss and Hell will eventually return.

Of course, in fact, neither the abyss nor Hell has ever been completely destroyed. Occasionally parts may be damaged, but time will naturally mend them.

Word Spirit·Heroic Spirit Hall, from the surface, does not enhance Noah’s combat ability at all, and would rather bring him a lot of trouble.
