Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right
Chapter 1538
Randy nced at the car and said, "Don''t be fooled by his fa?ade. Watch how I
tear it off."
He yanked open the car door and grabbed Marion''s arm, trying to drag him out.
"Come on," Randy urged. "Erica is mad. Just do me a favor ande out."
Marion didn''t resist it.
Erica stepped forward. "Debra is not the type to mess around. She''s doing this to
piss you off. I believe she''s still waiting for you to exin yourself. Just get up
there, talk to her, and deal with whatever''s wrong with you. Got it?"fnc6f0 This update is avable on FιndNovel/fnc6f0
"Don''t be stubborn," Randy echoed. "Keep this up, and Debra is gone for good."
He shoved Marion toward the hotel, but thetter just stood there, unmoving.
Several guards arrived. Without a word, they started to drag Erica and Randy
away.
"What the hell? Let go of me. Do you want a fight?" Erica snapped, raising a fist.
But then, she recognized those people as well-trained soldiers of the Houston
family. There was no way she could beat them.
Randy didn''t fare any better. He was quickly shoved into a car, and the two of
them were whisked away.
The street was finally quiet. It waste, and hardly anyone else was around.
Marion walked into the hotel.
"Sir, do you have a reservation?" the receptionist greeted warmly, feeling lucky to
receive three beautiful people in one shift.
Marion simply strode past her, heading straight for the elevators.
She quickly stepped out from behind the desk and chased after him.
"Sir, you haven''t checked in," she said.
One of the guards stepped in, blocking her way. "Do you have an idea who you''re
trying to stop?"
The receptionist shrank back, looking flustered. "Regardless, he needs to check
in."
Marion ignored themotion and took the elevator up to the third floor.
When he reached Room 302, he stopped. No sound came from inside.
Instead of knocking, he leaned against the wall in the hallway.
A voice inside him told him that Debra wouldn''t do anything with that guy. But
another voice urged him to knock down the door, pull her into his arms, kiss her
senseless, and tell her that she was his one and only.
Marion had always been rational. He never second-guessed himself. But with
Debra, every decision felt like a choice with consequences.
He kept weighing his options, trying to figure out what would make her happiest.
And right now, the answer was clear.
She didn''t want to see him. He couldn''t just barge in and force her to.
So, he stayed outside all night.
Other customers passed by, giving him strange looks, but he was not bothered.
He didn''t move until it was 8 a.m. Right on time, Debra woke up and drew the
curtains.
He heard it and left.
