Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right
Chapter 1551
Before Marion could even leave the airport, a figure darted over and threw a punch right into his face.
Marion could''ve dodged, but when he saw who it was, he didn''t even try.
Jordan pointed a finger at his nose. "Is this how you take care of Debra? You piece of crap!"
He threw another punch, and Marion staggered back.
The people around them stared in shock, mouths hanging open. Even the security guards stood frozen, unsure of what drama was unfolding in front of them.
One party was a lovestruck man, and the other was a still-married husband. The confrontation between them was melodramatic.
Just as Jordan was about to throw a third punch, Marion grabbed him. "I let you off this time, but that doesn''t mean I''ll keep doing it. Get lost."
Jordan, unable to free his hand, yelled, "Debra doesn''t want to see you, and I won''t let you harass her."
His voice was loud enough for everyone around to hear. His eyes were red with rage.
Marion ignored the threat and turned to leave.
Jordan tried to chase after him when a group of guards suddenly rushed up and blocked his path.
"Mr. Jordan Potter, please pull back. We don''t want to hurt you," they warned. Jordan''s face darkened as he watched Marion get into the car. He flung his sleeve and left too, ending the spectacle.
Back in his car, Jordan dialed Debra''s number.fneb59 Readplete version only at F?nd-Novel/fneb59
When she answered, he said, "Marion''s back. By now, he''s probably on his way to the Potter Mansion."
"I know." Debra wasn''t surprised.
For seven days, they hadn''t seen or contacted each other. Since they got
together, they hadn''t been apart for so long.
"Did you hit him?"
"I did."
Debra almost felt the urge to question Jordan, but on second thought, the call could be monitored.
So, she said, "Should have hit him harder."
"I couldn''t beat him," Jordan admitted.
Deep down, he knew that Marion hadn''t fought back only for the sake of Debra and Andrew.
But Marion wouldn''t ept the third punch.
"Do you want to see him?"
"No."
Debra hung up the phone, but her gaze drifted toward the window.
There were two options in front of her. She could ignore Marion to get back at him for all the lies over the past two years. Or she could go out and yell at him to vent her frustrations.
They were basically the same thing. So, she chose thetter.
