CHAPTER 641: WEI MIN LIN’S TEACHINGS

Luo Huian paused. Her face slowly started to turn red as she raised her head and glared at the mer who was standing next to her.

Seeing her acting so unreasonable, Wei Yucheng simply raised his hands in the air and said to her, "It’s not like I fed you something that made your stomach rumble like that. It must be because you didn’t go to the restroom ever since you woke up."

"I didn’t eat anything!"

"That doesn’t mean that you didn’t get any nutrients these past few days," he pointed to the IV pole and said to Luo Huian, "You did get your meals on time, just not in the same way you would have liked them to. So maybe a bathroom break is what you need at the moment."

He then turned to look at Wei Min Lin and said to her, "Miss Wei, I think you should help your sister Huian to the bathroom."

"I don’t need anyone’s help!" Luo Huian snapped. She raised her head and looked at Wei Yucheng before saying to him, "I haven’t reduced to the point where I would require someone’s help to go to the bathroom. I can easily do such a simple task."

As she spoke, she got down from the bed and went to take a step. However, just as her feet hit the floor, she felt her entire body tilt forward. Her legs seemed to have given up every ounce of fight in them and wobbled quite hard. If not for Wei Yucheng reaching out and holding her in his arms, she was quite certain that she would have smashed her face hard on the floor.

"You were saying?" Wei Yucheng asked in a teasing voice.

"Shut up!" Luo Huian snapped. Her voice turned quite flustered when she realised that her body had betrayed her quite fashionably.

In the end, she had no other choice but to head to the bathroom with Wei Min Lin; she couldn’t afford to fall on the floor of that place. Even if it was cleaned almost every day, she would rather die than kiss the floor of the bathroom of the hospital. That was her bottom line.

Wei Yucheng watched the two women leave and shook his head. He should have known that Luo Huian was going to be just as stubborn as she was when she was a child and the two of them were living in the immortal realm.

With his body turning to the left, he reached out to pick up the pillow that was lying on the bed to fluff it up but as soon as he picked it up, a book fell down on the bed. Wei Yucheng frowned upon seeing the familiar cover of the book, as he had seen it quite a lot of times. However, he was slightly confused. After all, this was not the immortal realm; how could this book be here?

Confused, he reached out and picked it up. He was sure that he was making a mistake; that was until he saw the illustrations inside of the book. Ah, so he was not making a mistake. This book was really handed to Luo Huian.

Wei Yucheng turned his head and looked at the bathroom before turning around and putting the book where it was placed earlier and covered it with the pillow. He even moved away and sat down on the couch inside the VIP room without leaving any trace of moving things around.

It must be Uncle Jiao, thought Wei Yucheng. He knew Luo Huian’s fathers well enough to know that Luo Tingfeng would never bring such a book and even hand it to Luo Huian. It should have been Jiao Bo who came to the human world and handed the book to Luo Huian because he was worried that Luo Huian would lose her cultivation and soul.

Wei Yucheng tapped his knuckles on the armrest of the couch and glanced at the pillow. He was staring at it as if he could see through it. The more he looked at it, the giddier he felt; it seemed like all his wait and patience had finally come to fruition.

With Luo Huian starting her journey on dual cultivation, Wei Yucheng knew that he would have more than one way to make this woman submit to him; sooner or later, he would stand next to her.

"Sister Huian, are you alright?" Wei Min Lin asked when she felt Luo Huian shiver. She stared at the woman who had suddenly gone pale and questioned, "What happened?"

"I don’t know; I just got this feeling that my world is about to tilt upside down," Luo Huian replied, her face paler than the moon.

"Jeez, all of this just because you have to do dual cultivation?" Wei Min Lin rolled her eyes. She then glanced at Luo Huian, who was staring at her and shrugged, "What? If I were in your shoes, I would be quite happy, you know. You have three awesome and good-looking mer husbands. And from the looks of it, they like you too. So you can always ask them to strip and do the deed; it’s not like you have to beg."

"Oww!"

As soon as she finished speaking, Luo Huian raised her foot and kicked the woman hard on the shin. "Have you lost your mind? What kind of words are you saying?"

"But you have already done it, haven’t you?" Wei Min Lin accused sending an arrow right through Luo Huian’s chest. "So what is the point of acting all shy and virtuous? It should have mattered if you never did it!"

Luo Huian felt a sting in her heart. She had to admit that the woman was right. She had already done the deed; there should be nothing wrong with doing it a few more times but! It felt so weird. It felt like she was taking advantage of those mers and it didn’t feel like it was something she should do. After all, she wasn’t even sure if she liked those mers.

Wei Min Lin caught the hesitation on Luo Huian’s face and then questioned, "Don’t tell me... is it because you are not clear about your feelings? You must be thinking that oh I don’t know if I like those mers,’ so is it okay to have intimate relationship with them when I don’t even know what my feelings are regarding them? Maybe I am doing something wrong? Maybe I am letting them down. Is that what you are thinking? If so, then I hope that you know that you are a fool."

"And what do you mean?" Luo Huian took the wet wipe that the woman handed to her and wiped her hands with it. She got up and Wei Min Lin helped her straighten up before saying to her, "What else? Have you never thought about how much you care for those mers? Would you have taken so much trouble if you didn’t like them? You would have kicked the girl out the very night she came to stay with you and your husbands along with her brothers. You don’t —you are not the kind of person who would have tolerated such trouble."

"According to your temper, it has always been black and white, Sister Huian. Don’t you remember? Because you didn’t want to get involved in dual cultivation and wanted to reach the pinnacle of immortality on your own, you refused, my brother. There was no hesitation. Why would you hesitate this time around? Isn’t it because you started having feelings for those mers? Even more than you had for my brother? Isn’t that why you made so many concessions for them?"

She paused and then added, "Of course, it could also be because you didn’t understand what you felt for my brother back then. After all, you didn’t get along with any other men other than my brother, did you?"

Luo Huian felt like all the air from her body had been sucker punched right out. She could hear what Wei Min Lin was saying but she had no idea what the woman was saying. Like she heard everything, but the words didn’t make any sense even when she understood what Wei Min Lin said to her.

"You—what are you saying? Since when did I have feelings for your brother?" Luo Huian questioned. Her voice rising passionately. How could she ever like Wei Yuxian? What was there for her to like about him? That man was rebellious and a thief who would make trouble at every turn.

Wei Min Lin didn’t feel offended when she heard the loud and shrill yell of Luo Huian. She rolled her eyes and then said to her, "I am not making fun of you. Its the truth, maybe you never realised it yourself but have you forgotten how you used to look at my brother? With your gaze alone anyone could see that you liked him. How pathetic, Sister Huian. You liked my brother and he liked you too but you both missed on one another because of your pride and his silly arrogance."
