Christian felt disoriented, unable to distinguish up and down. And before he could even try to react to his surroundings, he fell to the ground, followed by a sound of something snapping. Christian did not like the implication of that sound, so he immediately checked its source.

"No, no," he muttered as he looked at the Elder Wand. This could be happening at a worse time. Christian sighed deeply. Now was not the time to worry about his wand. He looked around to observe where he was. His eyes immediately lit up:

"That's the exact spot where I first left." When Odin's Eye first activated, Christian was using the Room of Requirement to access a place where he could hide Voldemort's diadem. Now, he had returned to the exact spot.

"I'm home," Christian exclaimed in excitement. He immediately tried to summon the Two-Way Mirror to contact his mother. Now that he had returned, she was the first thing on his mind. Unfortunately for him, he could no longer cast any spells without his wand due to his Cognitive Aequilibrium.

"Bloody hell, why did it have to break now?" Christian rushed out of the hiding room, hoping to meet someone and tell them he had returned. He's been gone for more than four months, meaning his mother must be desperately searching everywhere for him. The last thing he wants is for something to happen to her during his absence. Christian does not think he would be able to live with himself if he caused her harm.

Christian left the room, appearing in the seventh-floor corridor. He rushed down the staircase, heading for the sixth floor. However, on his way, he passed two Ravenclaw students, and their conversation forced him to stop.

"Did you just say Harry was in the hospital wing?"

"Huh, yes," a little girl with a ponytail.

"Why?"

"I heard something happened to him and Professor Quirrell, and now he's passed out and hasn't awakened yet," replied the other Ravenclaw student, a girl with thick glasses, holding on to her book bag.

'Does time move at a slower rate in this reality?' Christian thought. He wanted to double-check, so he started speaking to these two about the final exam, trying to calculate a rough passage of time since he left. As expected, only a little more than four hours had passed since Odin's Eye took him on his journey into the multiverse.

"Well, it was nice talking to you guys," Christian said after a few minutes before walking away.

"That was Christian Malik, right?" the pony-tailed girl asked.

"Yeah."

"He's nicer than I thought."

"We should have asked about Mukasa's final volume."

"You're right."

Christian had successfully calmed down. Now that he knew his mother never knew he had gone missing, he felt a lot more reassured. However, he still wanted to talk to her. 'I need Hermione's help,' Christian concluded before rushing to the hospital wing.

As expected, Ron and Hermione sat next to Harry's bed, worry written all over their faces. "Where were you, mate?" Ron asked.

"Something happened, and I fell asleep," Christian replied.

"We had to fight a bloody troll. We could have used your help," Ron complained.

"The troll wasn't asleep?"

"It woke up when we passed by it," Hermione replied. "Wait, you predicted this, didn't you?"

Christian groaned softly, realizing he had said too much. He was just surprised things had diverged from Jim's memories. "You could say that."

"Why didn't you warn us?" Ron asked.

"It's complicated," Christian said. "How is Harry doing?"

"Madam Pomfrey said he's alright physically, but he received a significant mental drain. However, he should wake up in a few days," Hermione explained.

"That's good to hear," Christian nodded. "Hermione, can I talk with you for a second? I need your help with something."

Although confused, Hermione followed him to another bed. Christian rolled the curtains to prevent anyone from spying, then took the bag out from his waist. "I need you to use the Summoning Charm to get a blue two-way mirror from the bag."

Hermione looked at the bag and frowned: "Did you place an Extension Charm on it?"

"That's right."

"You know that's highly illegal, right?"

"No one will know if you don't say anything," Christian replied.

"I don't much appreciate being an accomplice to a crime."

"Please."

"Why do I need to do it?" Hermione asked. "Why can't you do it? Now that I think about it, why are you dressed like that?" Christian was not wearing his uniform, but had on a black t-shirt, jeans, and running shoes.

"Can you just do me this favor?"

"...Fine," Hermione conceded.

"Remember, it's the blue one.

"I know," Hermione said, slightly annoyed. She placed the tip of her wand inside the bag and muttered: "Accio blue two-way mirror." Christian caught the mirror and immediately gave Hermione a side hug. "Thanks." He did not wait for her to answer before walking out of the hospital wing, heading directly to his room.

Hogwarts had strict rules about dress code, and even though it was the end of the year, he would get in trouble for what he was wearing. Luckily for him, no professor saw him, and Christian was able to change without any issue. He then lay on his bed before contacting his mother.

"I'm guessing you aced your final exams?" Tiara said with a smile.

As he gazed at that familiar face, Christian instinctively reached out to caress it. But his hands only touched the mirror.

"Zed, are you alright? Did something happen?"

"No, nothing," Christian said, controlling himself in order not to cry. "Quirrell is gone."

Tiara knew her son, so she understood something must have happened. "Are you sure you're alright?"

"I am, and we can talk in a few days after I return home."

"Alright," Tiara nodded. "So, the future you saw happened?"

"Yes, but there appeared to be some deviations. Apparently…" The two talked for more than an hour before Tiara had to focus on her expedition. Meanwhile, Christian immediately fell asleep, and he did not wake up for hours. Normally, his biological clock would wake him up at 6 AM for his morning meditation, but he slept through it. He also slept through Neville and Hermione trying to wake him up for their morning session.

"I've never felt so refreshed," Christian stretched his body while yawning. Despite wearing his uncomfortable uniform to bed, he had the best sleep in months. "Wow, it's late," Christian muttered after seeing the light from the window. Despite missing the regular schedule, Christian decided to still meditate.

However, as soon as he closed his eyes, he had an idea. He wondered whether he could still use Occlumency despite his current state. He focused on his mind. "It worked," Christian's spirit muttered. He navigated his mind, even visiting his soul, and discovered no issue.

"At least there is some good news," Christian muttered as he opened his eyes. "But why does it work? Is it because other forms of magic operate on drawing power from the body, while Occlumency primarily draws power from the mind or soul?"

This theory was plausible, but Christian wanted to verify it. Luckily, he had access to a library's worth of knowledge in his mind to use as a reference. It didn't take Christian a few minutes to find a book about Spark Theory that touched on this subject.

The source of every wizard's and magical creature's power is the spark, and it's woven into their very soul. That is why wizards can still cast spells in soul form or after possessing another body. However, living creatures with flesh cannot directly access their spark, unlike spiritual or divine entities.

The power of the spark must be channeled through the body. The theory posits that the brain serves as the physical connection between the body and the soul, whereas the mind is the spiritual connection between the body and the soul. When a flesh creature casts a spell, the power of the sparks travels from the brain to the heart before being pushed outward through the hand.

Christian had a sudden realization after reading that part. When training the intensity of his spells, his mother told him to focus on his heart and increase the speed at which his magical powers are channeled out of his hand. This training method perfectly matches this theory.

'What would happen if I could directly access my spark without the need for my body?' Christian asked himself. He immediately thought of what Mimir said about Vincent. The latter's soul can exist without a body and even possess the bodies of others. 'Maybe this is one of the reasons he is so strong.'

Christian continued reading the book [The Anatomy of the Spark], and it answered his question. The book mentioned that the bodies of spiritual creatures are made of material similar to the soul, allowing them to transcend the limitations of the flesh. However, the book also mentioned that flesh creatures can train themselves to directly access their spark, but the process was extremely challenging and only very few succeed.
