However, when she remembered how far she was behind compared to Kailen, the man she wanted to stand beside, she steeled herself.

After Arrie said, several rocks shot out of the cave grounds and floated around her.

Her breathing steadied, and a faint metallic glow flickered around the rocks.

Using her metal affinity, she controlled the rocks by making use of the metallic elements in them, and the rocks shot towards the hobgoblins in the large cave.

The rank 1 beginner stage ascendant level hobgoblins swung their clubs ferociously towards Arrie’s rocks.

The force behind their swings shook bits of dust from the cave ceiling.

Accompanying the swings of the clubs were various affinities circling around their clubs and shimmering madly from the swings of their clubs towards Arrie.

The group stood before the teleportation gate with gleeful expressions on their faces as they were about to enter the teleportation gate of Atlantis.

I can confidently say that no one is okay with the way my father has been handling the matters of the clan but if we decide to kill him, they will have to defend him due to the rune oaths that bound them to be absolutely loyal to him.

"As I already informed you guys before we came here, this will mean that in order to avoid incurring any danger, you guys will have to sneak into the royal chamber and kill the clan leader so that the rune oaths that bound the leaders to protect him would be deactivated before they can cause any harm to any of you. As for me, I cannot harm him since I am also bound by a rune oath of loyalty to him. I am just gonna stay out of sight and let you guys do the work."

Everyone nodded at Ethan’s words.

The plan was the best course of action.

"Killing the clan leader would be something easy for me. As Zarek has deduced, and as you are all probably thinking, there’s actually another reason why I wanted you guys to follow me to Atlantis, and it was not because of Ethan’s plan, because I can handle the plan on my own.

"However, when one of my shadow creatures was scouting Atlantis recently, she came across a location extremely dense enlightenment fragments.

"I wanted you guys to benefit greatly from this place, so after the matter of the Revearson clan is taken care of we will head there. Also, Arrie, Charles and Micheal will be joining us there. I informed them about this after the banquet."

The group nodded in understanding.

"That makes a lot of sense now."

"I see, a place with dense enlightenment fragments? Wow."

"I can’t wait for us to go there."

"What of the vacation?"

"It can wait, Everlong. My God you are so helpless."

Kailen smiled on seeing their reaction and said.

"Give me a few moments to finish this and we can settle things here and head there."

As everyone nodded and took a seat in Ethan’s bedroom, Kailen simply sent hound 1 to Rango Revearson’s room.

Even though the man was a rank 7 beginner stage galactic level lifeform, he could not notice the presence of the shadow creature veiled from him because of the special nature of Kailen’s shadow hounds, that made it so that even extremely strong powerhouses compared to the level of the shadow hound could never notice their presence.

When Kailen saw the situation in the room through the eyes of the shadow creature, he sighed and shook his head.
