Five days later

Shen Qinglan lifted the curtain and gazed at the green hills outside the window, remaining silent for a long time.

Upon returning to town, she went straight to the Guest House to tell Shen Shan she had business to attend to and would be away for a while, then she and Duan Yunfei, with Xuan Ying, headed directly to Yongning Manor.
