CHAPTER 34: LIKE THE MOON AND THE SUN

At Redboiler Prison, Caelum had a special guest who turned out to be his own younger brother, Cyrus. The man was not happy with his brother’s arrival.

This was witnessed by Selene who was in his office.

"Oh yes, actually my coming here is not just to meet you. But to see someone called the Siren of Justice," said Cyrus.

He said that the case conducted by the Siren of Justice was quite interesting. And he heard that she was in the prison where Caelum was currently working.

"Can I meet her?" he asked enthusiastically.

Caelum massaged the bridge of his nose as he sighed.

"You’re looking at her right now," he said flatly.

Cyrus was a little confused by the answer, but once he looked at Selene who gave him a small wave and winked. He understood who Caelum was referring to.

The man gasped in surprise that the woman he had caught earlier was the woman he was looking for. His gaze softened slightly and showed admiration for her beauty.

"So you are the Siren of Justice?"

Selene chuckled when she saw his reaction, she stood up from the necklace chair and walked over to Cyrus.

"You’re right, I am the one you’re looking for. Has seeing me paid off your curiosity?" she asked as she flashed the smile she always showed everyone.

A sly smile, adorning her beautiful face with eyes that looked so sharp but mischievous.

"I didn’t expect you to be as beautiful as rumored. It’s no surprise that you’re called a siren," Cyrus said.

She nodded and extended her hand. "Selene Blackwell."

Seeing her extend her hand for introduction, Cyrus immediately accepted it and shook Selene’s hand.

"Cyrus Rothwell. I-" Before he could finish his sentence, Selene suddenly twisted her body while pulling Cyrus’ hand and slamming the man to the floor.

"I’m avenging what you did to me a few minutes ago. I hope you don’t take offense, because I only did it in return," she said casually as she held Cyrus’ hands on his back. Meanwhile, she was right on top of the man.

Instead of feeling offended, Cyrus felt his heart beating very fast because no woman had ever dared to do that to him.

For as long as he had worked as a special international security team, there had been no female villain who could truly incapacitate him. And when Selene did that to him, he felt attracted to her.

Caelum, who witnessed this, was unhappy to see his woman getting close to someone he didn’t like.

"Enough! Get away from him," he ordered as he carry her and sat Selene down on his desk.

"What’s wrong? I’m just getting to know him. Aren’t you happy about that?" Selene asked him in a teasing tone.

She clearly knew that Caelum was unhappy and jealous at the sight.

But he chose to remain silent and rested his body on his desk. Cyrus got up from his position and patted his body from the dust.

"You have fast and strong movements, and your face is beautiful. You make me feel so amazed by what you do to me," he said with a friendly smile.

She could see the difference between Caelum and Cyrus. They were like heaven and earth, even the moon and the sun.

If Selene could describe the two of them. She could describe Caelum as a strong and cold alpha wolf. While Cyrus is a golden retriever. Friendly but not to be underestimated.

"Thank you, everyone says the same thing as you."

Cyrus nodded his head, then he began to question Selene’s relationship with Caelum. He had never seen his older brother treat a woman well. Let alone lifting her up for him to sit on his own desk.

He did not torment the women, but his nature was quite harsh and cold.

"I’m sure there’s something between you two. My brother would never treat a woman like porcelain about to break," he said.

"That is none of your business. You have no right to know about my private life even if you are my brother." Again Caelum replied with a cold reply.

However, in this situation Selene was the one who started talking to see how they would react.

"I am his lover. Everyone in the prison knows that I belong to your older brother. That’s why you don’t see the other wardens standing guard around me when I walk down the hall. They know they don’t have to," Selene replied.

Hearing Selene’s answer, Caelum immediately tilted his body to look at her.

"Since when are you my lover? I never said we were going to be lovers, did I?" he asked firmly.

However, it would not be Selene if she could not turn the situation around to make Caelum unable to speak.

"Tell me again after you marked my collarbone last night."

Selene pulled down the zipper of her shirt, revealing three bites on her collarbone.

Cyrus’ mouth opened wide in shock at the three bites. He had not expected Caelum to be that aggressive as he had never been seen really close to a woman before, let alone interested in them.

"Are you sure it was Caelum who did it? I didn’t know you’d be so interested in him, brother."

"Of course he did it. I’ll bet the shape of his teeth on my collarbone. You can be sure it’s a perfect match," she replied mischievously.

He had no idea how many things he had missed about his brother. He did not sound like the cold and cruel Caelum she knew. Even as a child, the man only focused on training and studying without approaching anyone.

"Caelum, do you really like this woman? I didn’t expect that at all," said Cyrus who was still trying to digest what had happened.

"This is my personal business. You don’t need to interfere with it at all. But I warn you..."

His eyes narrowed sharply, as if ready to kill whoever was in front of him.

"She is my woman. I mark her as mine. So think well before you act later," he said warningly.

Cyrus’ black eyes stared in disbelief, but he immediately nodded his head. It was easy for him to accept that, but the feeling couldn’t be lied to that he was also attracted to her because of the attack.

But... Did that mean he had to fight his own brother in order to get a beautiful criminal like Selene?

He then glanced at Selene who was smiling at him.

"Heh, you won’t believe it until you hear about him giving me his baby."
