Hold On Mr.! Your Sweetheart is a Real Queen
Chapter 488: Who did it?
CHAPTER 488: WHO DID IT?
"I won’t."
"You promise."
"I promise."
George Stephens opened the door, holding a small ball, standing in front of Robert Stephens with red-rimmed eyes, looking at him aggrievedly.
Robert Stephens reached out and touched his round head, his tone softened a bit: "You don’t have to do your homework tonight, get some rest early."
He decided to lighten his load tonight and comfort him.
George Stephens pouted and said sullenly, "I finished it a long time ago."
In order to chat with Dad tonight, he finished his homework early, but unexpectedly, after he came in, Robert Stephens kept talking to him and even angered someone to leave.
The child’s thoughts were simple, and George Stephens immediately guessed George’s intention to finish his homework early. He sighed lightly, lifted the child from the ground into his arms, and said gently, "Alright, it was the teacher’s fault..."
The steward walked away quietly, seeing Robert Stephens tenderly hugging George, and couldn’t help but smile.
Having George around, Robert Stephens’ temper had indeed improved a lot; he had never thought this kind of man would gently hold a child and apologize softly.
It’s probably a treatment his parents never received.

Due to Robert’s presence, everyone’s progress in filming inexplicably slowed down a lot.
This man seemed naturally intimidating, causing everyone on the set to speak much softer, and several extras had run away due to the pressure.
The director’s team also had frequent issues; once, even the camera mysteriously burned out without saving anything, resulting in a morning’s footage being wasted.
Elena Raven returned and told Daisy Ginger about it, and Daisy looked awkward—what a jinx Robert is!
Moreover, this jinx seemed unaware, just hanging around the set doing nothing, either sunbathing outside or wandering around like they’re on a holiday with a child.
No one dared to chase him away nor did he leave, and even Emma Magus seemed to have noticed Robert being different from her imagination, her voice had gotten much softer these days.
As for Edward Stephens’ child, perhaps due to always being raised by Robert, she initially felt he looked a lot like Edward, but these days seeing Robert and George together made them seem more like father and son, with some mannerisms and expressions uncannily similar.
Edward doesn’t really care much about that child; he did say he doesn’t like him.
Sometimes Daisy Ginger would pass by the set with Elena Raven and see that child playing alone, once she even saw him playing with mud out of boredom.
Whenever that child saw her, he would stare at her gloomily, and Daisy intuitively felt that this child probably didn’t like her.
Who knows what wind Robert blew at him.
After dinner with Elena, Daisy returned to her room to take a shower, wrapped in a bathrobe she lifted the quilt and lay down, feeling something unusual in the bed.
Instinctively, she touched the sheets, felt a gritty texture, and quickly lifted the quilt, seeing something inside, she screamed, "Ah!"
Elena was memorizing vocabulary in the room and hearing Daisy’s scream, instinctively opened the door and rushed out: "Daisy, you..."
Her eyes landed on Daisy’s bed sheet, and she widened her eyes in shock, "Who did this?"
