Eryndor opened the information in his badge, specifically the one where he had circled out a few dangerous phenomenons.

He went through them again, and finally decided what to do next after a contemplation which lasted about five minutes.

He would investigate the hunter!

The person who suddenly couldn't predict beast patterns, plant traps at the right location, or utilize the environment to his own advantage.

The information said that this situation is incomprehensible, and that the second most probable reason would be that he offended a bad tempered cultivation in the mind domain.

I must first make sure that I'll be safe if I go over to investigate him.

If that probability about a bad tempered cultivator was true, then if he sees me having contact with the hunter then he might do something to me as well.

With that decided, Eryndor laid down on his bed.

Yes, he laid down.

He would cultivate diligently until he was about to sleep, then switch to the only bottle of Spirit Strengthening pills he was left with after the transactions in black market, to fortify his mind and delay his sleep before eventually really sleeping.

Only after he was rejuvenated in the morning would he start preparing to meet the hunter.

Just like he had planned, Eryndor went through the practicing cultivation, then strengthening his mind, and only then did he go to sleep after taking a shower, changing the bedsheet, and his own clothes.

He had become a little more tolerant of being dirty but that was only when there was no option.

Once given a chance, he would still clean himself.

He had a rather nice, and deep sleep, waking up fully refreshed and energized.

After taking care of a few matters, he locked his room behind him and sneakily searched for the rooms of the three disciples he killed.

This new plan was something he thought while he was trying to sleep last night.

While asking for information about the hunter, it was inevitable that he would pay for it as well, and currently he was quite poor.

The only means with a relatively high rate of success was searching the rooms of those three disciples.

The residences of disciples were at different floors, and were quite compartmentalized.

Which meant, it wasn't a single long corridor with multiple doors on both sides leading to their respective rooms.

No, several rooms made up a block, with a common hallway, which connected to another hallway with more blocks, which further connected to a corridor which was like a node, being connected to several blocks. Several of these corridors eventually formed the main hallway.

This way, there was a far lower chance of meeting anybody, and also of any disciple catching him opening a door which didn't belong to him.

Eryndor hesitated, and eventually decided to restrain the use of his Spatial Sight. He was still in the main building of the Training Camp after all.

Block numbers were written on the badge itself, so he didn't have any issues finding their room.

The only problem was being sneaky enough. Somehow, he dodged everyone's sights, and soon opened the first room.

It was quite a good thing for him that all three of these disciples had rooms in the same block, so he wouldn't have to move around much.

Seeing that the layout was the same as his room, he walked over to the bed, and opened the hidden compartment with familiar efficiency.

Eh…

It was empty.

He couldn't help but be immensely disappointed.

So they really were moving around with all their wealth on them?

Eryndor bent and used his hands to physically check just in case some illusion item was placed as security.

Nope, it's really empty.

With a downcast expression, he closed the compartment and did a thorough search of the room in case they used some unconventional methods to store their items.

There really is nothing here.

Eryndor almost gritted his teeth in annoyance.

With the same cautiousness as before, he locked the door behind him and entered the room of another disciple.

Same situation. These dipshits, at least keep some backup in your storage will you? How can you take the risk of moving around with everything?

Eryndor cursed in his mind, fully aware that he was the same, moving around with all his wealth on his body.

With a disappointed expression, he closed the door of the second room, and unlocked the third room.

Even though the situation here was likely to be the same, he still held a bit of hope. A man can always hope, right?

Turned out, his hope wasn't dashed this time.

Holy fuck, so many things.

Eryndor immediately came to the most likely conclusion that these three disciples had decided to gather their wealth in one room.

It was likely the room of the disciple who was the strongest among them, the only one who had treasure shoes.

Eryndor took out everything, and searched the rest of the room still in case the disciple had more wealth stashed away.

Well, he really had more wealth hidden in several parts of the room, even in his bathroom.

After he took out everything and placed it on the floor, he realized one thing.

Jeez, even if I buy armor or clothes suitable for heavy storage, I still wouldn't be able to store everything on my body even with my best efforts.

Even if I did, it wouldn't be subtle at all. People with sharp eyesights will recognize the situation in a single glance, making my situation dangerous.

I don't think I can afford storage treasure just yet since there is no mention of them on the counter. Maybe only after I cross a certain realm or rank will I be qualified to buy it.

Since it's a rare item, I doubt I'll be able to buy it in the black market for cheap.

Well, why cheap?

Because he would be stupid to exchange all the loot he just got to exchange for an empty storage treasure.

I'll exchange it for something which is useless to me but still rare, or I can just steal it hehe.

As Eryndor thought about the last part, he suddenly thought about something.
