Eryndor opened the bottle of unfamiliar pills and carefully took a sniff.

He didn't attempt to foolishly rush to take a bite of the pill.

After about a moment, Eryndor was stunned to realise that he felt a faint stirring in his groins.

He looked down to see little Eryndor saluting him through his robes.

Eh…

These were fucking aphrodisiac pills!

He didn't know their official name, but he was pretty sure about their function.

Fucking hell, what were those disciples up to?

Eryndor kept this bottle of pills aside. There were two such bottles.

Next were five bottles of Poison Cleansing pills and eleven Healing pills, both at level two.

Then came a bottle of Soul Calming pills.

He didn't actually recognise the pills, he just read it on the bottle. However, as soon as he read the name, corresponding information surfaced in his mind.

These pills are said to help in practicing cultivation by cleansing your mind of all the disturbing and distracting thoughts.

I don't think it will be of much use to me but I'll try nonetheless.

There was a moment of silence as Eryndor narrowed his eyes in thought.

Wait, can I use these pills to try breaking through my Qi control limit of fifty percent?

Well, I can certainly try.

He didn't know if it was because they were expensive or some other reason, but there was only a single bottle of these pills.

Oh yea, I must definitely get to know the prices of everything if I am going to exchange them for information. I don't want to get scammed.

He then looked at another bottle of pills. The title read fire resistance pills.

The name explained everything. Ingesting them would allow you to be more resistant to high temperatures for a period of time.

There were two bottles of these pills.

Alright, that was all for pills.

He then looked at the remaining items.

There were a pair of knuckle dusters.

After trying them out, he realized they were treasures instead of normal ones.

Treasure weapons had extra functions, and overall better build quality.

Normal weapons were well, just simply that, normal weapons. Some people even called them mortal weapons.

They were mostly used to practice weapon cultivation arts which you were unfamiliar with. So even if something went wrong, you wouldn't be injured heavily.

The next item he picked up was a Qi Gathering pendant.

Like the name suggested, this pendant helped gather the surrounding Qi near you, making it easier for you to practice cultivation.

The effects wouldn't be as prominent in a Qi dense area, but it would definitely be a big help in an area with low density of Qi.

I wonder why they kept it in their storage instead of wearing it? Did they only use it while cultivating?

Eryndor didn't think about it for too long and moved on to the next item.

It was an inscription plate.

There was no such thing on Earth, so naturally, his knowledge about it originated from the memory of disciples.

It was a practice tool given to people who were looking to learn about array formations.

A person could draw an array on the inscription plate, and it would simulate relatively weak effects of what that array was capable of in reality.

It wouldn't produce any effects if the array you drew was incorrect.

Its drawback was that you couldn't draw arrays which required materials to be used.

Next was a Cold Iron token. Its effects were similar to fire resistance pills in that it increased the body's capability to resist high temperatures.

There were six such tokens.

The last item was a Mirror of Clarity.

This was a rather famous item among the disciples due to its low price and high efficiency.

This item displayed injuries of your body as long as you kept infusing Qi into it.

It helped in locating the internal injuries, or faint and obscure wounds.

Healing pills were way more expensive, therefore it was a good choice to buy this item. After getting the accurate location, one could treat it themselves through cheaper means.

Also, even if one used healing pills, they still needed to know the location of the injuries. If one simply circulated Qi in the entire body after consuming a healing pill, the healing effect would similarly be distributed throughout the body.

After Eryndor sorted the items, he began making preparations for a long journey.

After all, he still didn't know where the hunter lived. If he lived too far away, then he could only give up, however if he lived in a region on the borders of the Training Camp, then he could consider travelling there.

The best situation would be if he lived within the campus of the Training Camp.

Yes, people lived within the campus of Training Camp as well because the area under Training Camp was simply that large.

The Training Camp didn't want to manage all the land under them, therefore people lived in some parts of it.

They hunted beasts, planted crops, and performed other activities on these lands given to them. The only condition was that they must pay tax to the Training Camp every year.

Some of the missions on the mission board of the Training Camp would be issued by these people as well.

Of course, they must also receive the disciples of the Training Camp with respect and obey their demands as long as they weren't too excessive.

Eryndor took only a portion of the total loot and locked the door behind him.

He planned to go to the black market again to get information on the hunter. Taking all the loot was simply not an option given how blatant it would be.

Walking down the stairs, he habitually used Cognitive Scrying on a few disciples for recent news as he left the main building and continued scanning for memories.

A few seconds later, his eyes narrowed.

It seemed there was some information about the team which went to deal with the anomaly found by Master Troy.
