I Am Extraordinary Alone
Chapter 601 - 599: Green Knight
CHAPTER 601: CHAPTER 599: GREEN KNIGHT
Divine Power Tianyang grasped the White King as they sank into this boundless and intangible space, then, within His hands, the White King vanished.
He realized that the guy had escaped again and let Himself come to a halt in mid-air.
What kind of place was this, after all? Divine Power Tianyang had fallen deep, and the surrounding environment had shifted from a pale white to a deep black. Falling further, would it simply be nothingness?
Still, Divine Power Tianyang carefully observed the void beneath His feet, only to see a colorful thread amidst the meaningless pitch black.
This thread meandered, coming from darkness and returning to it, seemingly just as meaningless.
However, having arrived only twice, Divine Power Tianyang had already conjectured the essence of this space.
This place hid within objective reality and yet did not belong to it, approximately like taking a piece out of objective reality and claiming it as private property. He temporarily had no idea how vast the dark space beneath His feet was, but considering the vastness of the universe, the White King only needed to open a door to steal a part for his own private dwelling, meaning the space could be as large or as small as desired.
There was no significance to it.
Divine Power Tianyang dismissed the thought, although He did not possess such ability, the skill of opening inner spaces was utterly meaningless.
After defeating the stars, He would lead humanity in a conquest of the cosmos, leaving human traces in every corner of the galaxy!
Such internal spaces were nothing more than hiding spots. He disdained such mean existence.
Divine Power Tianyang instantly flew upwards, and the surrounding scenery brightened once again. However, without the White King, the mountain ranges suspended above the clouds began to disintegrate, not quite at the point of complete devastation, but on the verge of disintegration.
He flew up onto the plateau, resuming His human form. The misshapen children and Fujiwara Makoto had disappeared without a trace.
Yaha sat on a rock at the edge of the cliff, waiting for His arrival.
Divine Power Tianyang approached, their eyes met, and though no words were exchanged, it was worth a thousand words.
Yaha was his soul, a vignette of His bygone times. Without Yaha, Wei Tianyang was incomplete.
"So, have you become what you had to become?" Yaha said with a smile.
"That’s how it is, Yaha," Divine Power Tianyang responded.
"It doesn’t seem much different from before," Yaha commented.
"I’m only my Shadow. The real me shines in the heavens. I’ve achieved it, Yaha, I’ve become the sun for the people," Divine Power Tianyang said.
"The process must have been intense?" Yaha asked.
"No, not like that. I thought it would be long and intense, but in fact, it was very bland, almost too bland," Divine Power Tianyang laughed.
"But at least, you made it this far. I was always afraid you’d perish halfway. It seems I was wrong. What does it feel like now? Come on, no need to be coy; you’ve become a god and call yourself one, so indulge a little. You must feel incredible," Yaha said.
"I’ve been reflecting all along. I always thought someone like me would face retribution. I’ve killed too many people. Such a person does not live long," Wei Tianyang said.
"Oh? So what have you realized now?" Yaha asked.
"I saw a world full of tragedy. I did more bad deeds than good. I have killed more people than I have saved. But I’m not dead, I’m still alive. I see that those in power are the same; they do wrong for half their lives and still live well. Bad people always outnumber the good, and they outlive them. But as soon as these people think of doing something good, they die immediately. Yaha, I understand now. At this moment, I finally understand—the world is problematic, rife with issues that can’t solve themselves. They accumulate, eventually erupt, and then, I was born," Divine Power Tianyang said.
"Black Medicine made you," Yaha added.
"No, I rid myself of the Black Medicine, and it made no difference," Divine Power Tianyang said.
"So, your case is similar to Lin Yan’s?" Yaha sounded somewhat surprised.
"Yaha, I am the retribution. This world has committed too many sins, and its wounds are too numerous. I am born of those wounds, the last cry of goodness emitted from this era, the retribution of this world!" Divine Power Tianyang declared.
"Then go and save it with your brute strength. Do not let this power be wasted," Yaha said.
"I will save it, we will save it. Yaha, become my Knight, it is important because you represent my conscience," Divine Power Tianyang stated.
Yaha smiled faintly and reached out toward Divine Power Tianyang, saying, "You are my king, use me as you wish."
Divine Power Tianyang embraced Yaha, His form transforming into a giant of shadows once more, just as in Chicken Snake Country, Wuliang City, He once again lifted Yaha into His embrace.
At this very moment, the mountaintops in the skies finally collapsed, and Divine Power Tianyang, following the cascade of rubble, burned a hole in this little world as he fell through mid-air.
Back in reality, His Shadow, wrapping Yaha, turned into a golden meteor and returned to the gold sun in the sky. No one knew what happened inside, but within the dazzling golden light, there was indeed an increased hint of white luminance, as if in a passionate symphony, a small solo violin Chapter had been carved out.
Then, from the golden sun, there split a meteor that plummeted down into the sands of Heisai State, beside the blood pond where a green orb of light separated from the golden luminance.
Yaha emerged, a four-meter-tall giant with the graceful figure of a woman. Its skin was unnaturally pale, its face strikingly beautiful, half-hidden by long, gray hair that trailed on the ground. Its limbs were slender, its ribcage like insect antennae, freely opening and closing across its chest. A girlish mound covered by the remnants of its unburnt clothing. A deep crevice lay between the washboard abs, with the navel poised above and a stretch of pink intestine visible, retractable at will, a vestige metaphor of an excretion port or reproductive organ, while its lower body lacked any sexual characteristics, smooth and flat.
"I didn’t expect that after becoming a Knight, you’d also be devoid of sexual characteristics," the phantom of Divine Power Tianyang gazed at Yaha, musing.
"Gods have no need for gender," Yaha said with a smile, her eyes sparkling with a green light.
Among these four Knights, Yaha’s Knight form was closer to human, yet in essence, it was a hybrid of insect and human. Zhao Ling represented the earth and decay, a metaphor of material existence between life and death. Cha Na and Kui Kui Ge symbolized the meanings of sharpness and bluntness, respectively.
The only one missing was a place for Rada Gan.
