CHAPTER 251: CHAPTER 252: SUPERSTAR IRENE

Vera glanced at her filming team not far away, "Alright, but... I’m a bit busy right now. Can we do it a little later?"

"No problem. Due to some script changes, we need to rearrange our schedule. Please find some time to come to Empire Vision before this Sunday. We’ll pay you the initial payment after signing the contract."

"Okay."

After thanking the other party, Vera smiled and hung up the phone.

The preliminary shoot for the commercial promo should be finished this week. She won’t need to be there all the time for the post-production, so the timing is just right.

Everything is just perfect. She looked up at the brilliant spring sunshine overhead, smiled, and returned to her work team.

"Everyone, let’s hurry up. We’ll continue shooting after lunch and aim to finish the two daytime scenes before sunset."

The actors were all newcomers and not pretentious, and everyone cooperated well. By dusk, they’d smoothly finished shooting the daytime scenes.

As dusk approached, more people gathered in the neighborhood, making filming inconvenient. After having dinner, they waited until after nine in the evening when the neighborhood was less crowded and shot two nighttime scenes.

"OK! Fantastic!"

Vera lifted her face from the monitor and clapped her hands, "Great job, everyone. That’s it for today. We’ll meet here again at nine tomorrow morning. Is that alright?"

"No problem."

"OK!"

Everyone agreed with no issues.

So, everyone started packing up the equipment and loading it onto the vehicles.

The actors said goodbye to Vera and left, while the filming team staff took the equipment and drove away. Vera got into Ruben Campbell’s car with Merlin Bradley and Little Yvonne.

"We’ll finish the outdoor shoots tomorrow and head to the studio the day after. Everything’s going according to our schedule." Vera lifted her face from the work log, "Brother Ruben, is everything set for the post-production?"

"Yes, I’ve arranged everything. We can hand over the footage anytime, and they’ll edit it for us."

"Great." Vera nodded, "That’s all for today, then. See you tomorrow."

"Let me drive you home?" Ruben Campbell offered.

"Yes, it’s too late for you to walk alone," Merlin Bradley also suggested.

Vera thought for a moment, "Well... okay, it’s no trouble, then."

Ruben Campbell started the car, and in the front seat, Little Yvonne exclaimed and raised her phone.

Vera and Merlin Bradley leaned over together to see a video on her Facebook.
