I Can Program My Body?
Chapter 191: Leaving Earth
CHAPTER 191: LEAVING EARTH
After discussing the future direction for Earth with Julius and the others, Nash turned to Leo.
"Pack up everything and say goodbye to your friends. We’ll leave tomorrow."
"Understood, Brother Nash." Leo said excitedly, thinking he could finally depart and reunite with Elijah and Charlotte.
"Go. We’ll meet at the Atral State docking station."
Dismissing the meeting, Nash returned to his residence to pack.
Though most of his belongings were already stored in his storage ring, a few of his personal items still remained.
Packing his clothes, weapons, food, and unique Earth souvenirs, Nash headed to the docking station.
---
Arriving at the station, Nash thought he’d be the first to arrive.
However, to his surprise, his friends, Julius, and Leo were already waiting.
"You guys..."
"We want to see Captain Nash off."
"As vice president, it’s only natural I see the president off."
"Big Brother Nash, we’re here to see you off!"
"Alright, don’t get too emotional. It’s not like I won’t return."
Flashing a smile, Nash strode toward Hanse’s battleship without looking back.
Feeling emotional, he didn’t want his friends to witness his weak side.
Meanwhile, Leo, saying goodbye to his young friends and instructor Michael, teared up, reluctant to leave.
But with a vision of a broader future, he still stepped forward with resolve.
Boarding the battleship, he watched as the hatch slowly closed, as the people outside gazed at them with complicated emotion.
"Don’t worry, we’ll come back..."
Patting Leo’s head, Nash looked at the crowd with a mix of emotions.
Though he knew he might return, he wasn’t certain when.
After the galactic cosmic competition, would he truly come home, or be swept into an even grander world?
With an uncertain future, perhaps he’d only meet them again in the virtual world or the dark plane.
As the ship slowly soared through the sky, breaking through space and drifting away from Earth, Nash couldn’t help but sigh.
From the leader of a planet to a mere speck of dust in the cosmos.
Nash didn’t feel smaller than he was at the moment.
"We’re about to speed up. Take your seats," Hanse said, noticing their dazed expressions.
Following his instructions, Nash and Leo nodded, settling into their seats and securing themselves with various safety harnesses.
Staring at the screen Hanse controlled, they couldn’t help but feel curious.
Though they had flown on other ships before, those trips were only between planets in the solar system.
After pressing a series of buttons and issuing commands, a surge of void energy began to envelop the ship.
"This is void acceleration. In this state, we should reach the Nova Capital in a month," Hanse explained, seeing it’s their first time on a long voyage.
"Void acceleration..."
As the battleship surged forward, breaking the light barrier, Nash began to grasp what truly is the concept of void acceleration.
Void energy could infinitely amplify the properties of anything, be it a physical body, ship, weapon, or even a plant.
As long as it could withstand the influx of void energy, this amplification had no limit.
Using this principle, a ship could break the light barrier through void energy amplification.
If a void warrior’s body could be amplified a thousand times, a ship like this, crafted from high-quality materials, could achieve even more.
A ship travelling at the speed of light amplified to tens of thousands of times was truly a wonder of the universe.
Passing through the dark, empty expanse of space, Nash only caught a blur, as if glimpsing echoes of history and the future.
"Alright, the ship’s reached the optimal speed. You can attend to your own tasks," Hanse said, dismissing them.
Finally rising from their seats, they couldn’t help but stretch their bodies.
Even as void warriors, their first flight at such speeds left them exhilarated.
Asking Hanse about where their living quarters are situated, the two parted ways, planning to prepare for their arrival at the Nova Capital.
Especially Nash, upon entering his room, he immediately logged into the virtual world to continue his reading in the Nova Library.
While doing so, his consciousness dove into the runic space, beginning to analyze the rest of the blue runic programs.
With his newfound comprehension, he estimated it wouldn’t take long to master all the blue runic programs and develop the [Parallel Module System] within a month.
---
Three weeks later...
"Huh, finally done! It took longer than I thought!"
[Nash Navre:
Red Runic Program: 2,322/2,322
Blue Runic Program:10,818/10,818]
Gazing at the blue runic program finally reaching 10,818/10,818, Nash couldn’t help but smile.
Initially, mastering 9,000 blue runic programs was enough to create the [Parallel Module System].
But seeing how quickly he grasped the blue runic programs, Nash grew addicted and decided to just master every single one of them first.
With such complete mastery, creating a soul-based module system would not only be easier, but he could also develop the advanced soul manual much faster.
"It seems awakening my genetic ability wasn’t a waste!"
Just the massive boost in his comprehension was enough to show the potential of his genetic ability.
Calming down, he returned to the real world, wanting to stretch his body and take a walk.
After three weeks of seclusion, he barely even knew what was happening in the outside world.
---
Thinking about asking Leo for news, Nash headed to his room.
But after knocking, the ship’s artificial intelligence informed him Leo was in the training room.
"Training room? This ship has a training room?"
Asking the AI for directions, Nash soon arrived at the training room where Leo was situated.
Stepping inside, he immediately noticed a shift in the atmosphere, feeling his soul fall into pressure as its absorption of elemental crystals increased by at least 20%.
"Brother Nash, you’re here!"
Snapping out of his training, Leo greeted Nash with a grin.
"How did you find this place?"
"This is a Soul Forging Chamber. Teacher Hanse recommended it to me."
"Soul Forging Chamber?"
"It’s like a gravity chamber, but instead of training the body, it trains the soul."
