Flame Country’s aid to Lucia in reconstructing shelters mainly focuses on some equipment and scarce materials.

Parts that had issues in two previous tests have been replaced, and some parts, although unproblematic but old and not replaced during the last two upgrades by Chen Xin, have been replaced this time as well.

Moreover, for the core parts, the staff collaborated with people domestically to draft a new structure plan, intending to comprehensively replace the core parts of the Weather Controller.

After replacement, the core will have higher energy conversion efficiency and load capacity, withstand higher current inputs, and convert more energy.

This is not an easy task because, under the current circumstances, the environmental temperature in any region on Blue Star is several tens of degrees below zero. Making the Weather Controller effective in this environment indeed would only be possible with the black technology powered by the system upgrade.
