’Beast cores? What is that?’

[Beast cores are items located inside beasts. Beast cores help raise your overall stats, level, skill level and class level.]

Jack rubbed his eyes and blinked to make sure the information in front of him was true.

’Wait! I can riase my stats! And my skills level?! This is broken! What next you have maps for dungeons?’

The days passed, and the young master’s invention spread like wildfire through Sorne.

Everyone wanted to try using matches, especially the citizens of Sorne.

Jack had a nice idea for the citizens of Sorne.

’Seraphina, take some servants and I want you to deliver a pack of matches to every citizen of Sorne for free.’

"Young Master, are you sure?"

’Yes, the people of this city will thrive because of me. I will make it my mission to improve their lives!’

"It will be done Young Master." Seraphina said with a smile as she curtsied.

As the days passed, everyone was talking about matches and how useful they were.

Servants and citizens alike were astounded.

Orphanages could start fires easily and stay warm. Not needing a fire mage every time something needed to be lit was a helpful tool.

That’s when a system notice appeared in front of Jack’s face.

Jack immediately opened the store and saw what was inside.

Thousands of different options appeared before him. Some were inventions like soap and cologne from earth.

Others were for weapons and Armour for himself. Seige weapons, statues, the list just went on and on.

Jack swallowed hard. The information before him was overwhelming.

’This is crazy. I could create an empire with all these inventions and weapons. System, how much points do some of these inventions cost?’

[They ranged from 5 reputation Points to 5000 reputation Points.]

’Well let’s start with some basic things, I need to make some serious cash if I want to be able to things. Also, if I get Reputation Points by influencing this world, these blueprints could help.’

[Thunder Clap: Clap your hands to create a loud bang. Sends an AoE field of lightning at enemies. Damage is determined by Magic Stat × 2. Range is 3 meters.]

[Thunder Stomp: Stomp your foot to send thunder through the ground towards an enemy. Releases a large thunder bolt that shocks enemy. Damage is determined by Magic Stat × 4]

[15 Skill Points per skill with the exception of Thunder Stomp. That would be 35 Skill Points.]

[Yes, most people would normally have to carve the cores out of the beasts. But, as long as you kill the beast, you will automoaclly obtain the beast cores.]

’Is their a way to increase that amount?’

[Yes, certian items or weapons will have increased percentage. You will have added benefits on items or weapons of the unique Rank of higher.]

’Thats good to know. I geuss getting better equipment should be my next objective after I start making some new items.’

After a few more days, Jack sniffed and smelled a lovely beef smell.

He made his way to the separate house where they made lunch. Seraphina and other handmaids and butlers waved to greet him.

"Young Master, here is your lunch, beef stew." Seraphina said.

’Mhmmm.... it smells so good.’

After eating a few bites Jack realized that he had been so busy since he woke up he didn’t have any time to enjoy the finer things in life.

In this case, food. But, the issue with this was they lacked ingredients to season food. Despite this, they must have had a talented chef to produce something this good with low quality ingredients.

"Young Master..." Seraphina said with a shy smile. "Everyone in Sorne is raving about the matches you designed and want more."

Jack had a big smile on his face. "Good, i’m glad people like it. That means people will find it useful."

After a while, the handmaids and butlers left returning to their daily duties.

A moment later, Lady Genevieve walked in.

"There you are Jack. I heard what you did for the whole city. It can be seen on people’s faces. They are enjoying their life."

Jack was in the middle of eating and just smiled as he continued to scoop up his beef stew.

"I have more good news, the trader I found has returned. Your invention had such good feedback that the other human kingdoms, they want more of them.. A lot more."

Jack’s heart would have smiled if it could. This news was exactly what Jack expected after getting the system update.
