Lin Wan was speechless, but only Lu Zheng with his Invisibility Technique could track Qi. Replace him with someone else, and they wouldn't have tackled the problem, probably still searching for Pu Caiwang, not to mention Shadun's transaction, which would be out of reach.

So when Lin Wan reported to headquarters that she had rescued Pu Caiwang and sent the video back, everyone at headquarters was surprised.

"Alright, since there's nothing more, how about we go shopping in the afternoon?" Lu Zheng wrapped his arm around Lin Wan's slim waist.

"Shall we go diving again this afternoon?" Lu Zheng asked.

"We just dove this morning during the rescue; it wasn't that interesting. The sea bottom in Yashi is not as pretty as tropical islands. We should go to the Great Barrier Reef for a holiday someday," Lin Wan thought out loud.

"Oh? You're agreeing to go abroad now?"

Lin Wan sighed, "It seems that no matter where we travel, we always run into trouble. With that being the case, we might as well proactively choose the destination. At least going abroad doesn't cost us money, right?"

During the trip to Southeast Asia, they won back their travel expenses at a casino and got a couple of free nights in a luxury hotel.

The trip to Europe was even nuttier; a private island got incinerated.

On the contrary, domestically, every trip costs money out of pocket, which is a bummer!

"Then let's settle it; maybe over the New Year's, the southern hemisphere will be in summer, and we can visit Australia."

Lin Wan nodded, and as they walked into the hotel lobby hand in hand, they both frowned.

Lu Zheng also pouted, "Do Mei Country's Interpol really suck this much?"

"Do you think police in every country are like those in Hua Country?"

Lu Zheng sensed two people approaching quickly from behind and sighed, "Waiting for us!"

Lin Wan snorted coldly.

Lu Zheng remained calm.

Then suddenly they felt a chill on their lower backs, the sensation of a gun barrel.

"Don't move! Don't shout!"

"Follow us!"

"Careful!"

Lu Zheng and Lin Wan exchanged a glance, then turned to look across the lobby at the relaxation area.

Pu Caiwang was sitting on a sofa there, beside him sat another one of Shadun's bodyguards.

Seeing them look over, Pu Caiwang's eyes flitted around, not daring to meet their gazes.

"Tsk, tsk, just as expected," Lu Zheng chuckled, "Seems like he wanted to surrender on the boat."

"Shut up!" A bizarrely accented low growl came from behind.

Lu Zheng smirked, said no more, and just followed Lin Wan, leisurely being led away by the two behind them, heading toward the docks.

"Looks like we're getting a free sea trip. I always thought yacht rentals were expensive, so I guess we got a freebie," Lu Zheng quipped.

Lin Wan snickered, then saw Shadun standing on the yacht deck.

Wearing a floral shirt, holding a goblet, he raised it towards them from a distance and drank it in one go.

"So arrogant? Thinks he has us?"

"With a boat and guns, about to go to sea, of course, he thinks he has us," Lin Wan said coolly.

"Since they have guns, it would be self-defense if I acted, right?" Lu Zheng asked with a smile.

"Of course." Lin Wan nodded calmly, then asked, "When will it be self-defense?"

"Of course after we get out to sea!" Lu Zheng seemed very much looking forward to it.
