I Have A Solo Mommy Plan, But Daddy Refuses to Let Go
Chapter 260: Who Could Resist?
CHAPTER 260: CHAPTER 260: WHO COULD RESIST?
Listening to Landon Lawson speak with a choked voice, Sienna Quinn’s heart trembled.
What...what is he doing? Is he blaming her? Landon Lawson actually blames her for leaving without a word.
The little fuzzy head rubbed against her neck, tickling.
"I...haven’t I come back now?" There were too many sarcastic words that stuck in her throat, unable to come out. This gentle side of Landon Lawson was the first time she’d seen it. How could Sienna have the heart? At his saddest moment, to hurt him again.
Landon lifted his head, looking into Sienna’s bright eyes, he gently brought his nose over, lightly sniffing the woman’s rosy lips, a cherry-like mouth, with a pinkish glow.
Sienna watched Landon sniff around like a little puppy, dazed as she sat on the ground. Just a little closer, and the two would kiss.
"Don’t leave again, okay? The three of us, a family."
Don’t leave...a family of three...but what about Vera Yates? Have you thought about Vera when saying these words? Sienna laughed at herself, "Then what about Vera Yates?"
"Vera Yates?" The man paused for a moment, then forcefully shook his head: "I don’t like her at all, there’s no place for her here!" Saying this, he pointed to his chest.
Sienna looked at his bright eyes carrying a clarity, he wasn’t lying! As sincere as can be.
Suddenly, there was a chill in her lower abdomen. Startled, she lowered her head, looking at his hand on her belly. Three black lines appeared on Sienna’s forehead. What’s up with this man? When did he peel all her clothes off?
"What are you doing?"
"I want to sleep with my wife."
Landon’s voice was somewhat hoarse, not waiting for Sienna to resist, the man’s lips pressed down, a fragrant wine aroma overwhelming, nearly intoxicating Sienna too.
Sienna’s eyes gradually became misty, the fragrant red wine mixed with the unique scent of the man, enveloping Sienna all around.
In the underground wine cellar, the spring warmth was gentle.
When Sienna woke up, she was already lying on a soft big bed, a cozy bed, the familiar room, the decorations inside hadn’t changed. This was their wedding room!
Sienna lightly sniffed her little nose, scenes from last night rapidly flickering before her eyes, a blush rose on her cheeks, her courage was really bold, half-heartedly acquiescing to Landon, and in a wine cellar at that...
Squeak!
The door swung open, Landon Lawson clad only in a bath towel, water droplets sliding down his firm muscles. The man was wiping his wet hair with a towel, his abdomen lean without a trace of fat, defined muscles making even Sienna, used to handsome Frenchmen, momentarily dazzled.
Gulp!
The sound of swallowing echoed especially clearly in the room.
Devilish!
Landon Lawson was simply a devil. How could a man be this handsome? Just moments ago regretting her lack of self-control, easily devoured by Landon, yet looking at this devilish physique, who could resist!
Landon wiped the water off his hair, lifted his dark eyes, and slowly spoke: "Awake?"
"Yeah..."
Sienna turned her head away, avoiding looking at Landon. Last night, this man was like a madman, demanding again and again.
Isn’t it said that men can’t perform in that way after drinking? Lies, all lies. She’ll never again believe those jokes on the internet.
Landon watched Sienna’s eyes incessantly changing, a hint of a smile at the corners of his mouth.
Casually sat down, looking at her evasive eyes, finding joy in it.
"How about taking a shower?"
Huh?
Sienna raised her head, looking at Landon’s teasing eyes, paused, this man was intentional, now moving her legs a bit would feel sore and ache, how could she get down? This man was clearly intentional.
"No need, I’m fine like this." Sienna simply slumped on the bed, no longer allowing Landon to laugh at her.
Landon lightly coughed, picked her up in his arms, heading towards the bathroom. Sienna’s body had no cover, being embraced by Landon like this, instantly revealing everything. Sienna covered her shy places with both hands, blushed red, glaring at Landon.
Yet the latter said with justification: "Old married couple, what’s there to be shy about."
As he spoke, the bathrobe tied around his waist fell down at that moment.
Another round of passionate intimacy, Sienna’s body was washed with a towel personally by Landon, the two lay side by side on the bed, closing their eyes to relax.
"What happened between you and Miles Grant?" Sienna, who hadn’t opened her mouth before, finally asked. When receiving the housekeeper’s call yesterday, Sienna knew Landon had some issue with Miles Grant, but didn’t know the specific reason, just that made her curious.
The man, originally with closed eyes, slowly opened them, his voice carrying a hint of etherealness, "What you told me before, I had people investigate, Miles...really went behind my back to do those things."
Landon painfully closed his eyes, in his view, the reason Miles Grant embarked on this road, most of the responsibility was because of him, being self-righteous in treating the other well.
Sienna frowned, unexpected that the things Miles Grant did outside were all known by Landon.
But it’s just as well, saves her from having to tell Landon.
"So what do you plan to do?"
Sienna needed to know Landon’s stance, if this man still intended to stand by Miles Grant, then there really wasn’t much to say.
Miles suddenly sat up, a hint of coolness in his eyes: "I’ll give him one last chance to stop completely. If so, I’ll let this matter go. But if he persists in his error, I won’t just watch him on this road going further and further." Although Miles Grant and he were severed, they had been friends for many years after all, how could he really stand by and watch him go astray?
Sensing the woman beside him hadn’t spoken, Landon turned his head, staring at Sienna, "Why aren’t you speaking?"
"Nothing worth saying." Sienna closed her eyes.
"The outside world says you have a clear perspective, but I find when it comes to your own matters, you’re not clear at all." Sienna also sat up, putting on the scattered clothes beside, stood up, looking at Landon’s deep eyes, "Don’t think you’re a great person who can save the world. When someone’s heart has gone bad, no matter how much you patch it up, it won’t be good again."
Sienna’s words echoed in Landon’s ears for a long time, until she left. He hadn’t recovered.
Upon stepping out of the Lawson Group villa, a rush of cold wind slapped Sienna’s little face, her mind regained a hint of clarity.
The only flaw Landon Lawson had was being too sentimental, too self-assured, thinking he could change everything. But how could everything be so easily changed?
Sienna’s lips slowly curled up, didn’t expect Miles Grant truly gave him a chance.
