CHAPTER 391: CHAPTER 391: GOING TO SEE DADDY

Todd Lowell was somewhat dazed for a moment; this was the first time he had seen Sienna Quinn joking.

That beautiful little face carried a faint smile, a feeling so refreshing always accompanied by a sense of loveliness.

At that moment, Sienna was exactly what an ideal wife was in his mind.

Seeing Todd in a bit of a daze, Sienna scratched her head somewhat sheepishly, "Looks like my joke just now wasn’t that funny."

"No, it’s just that you look beautiful," the man replied with a warm smile, gazing at Sienna with tenderness.

Sienna’s face instantly flushed, and she said somewhat awkwardly, "It’s not as good as you say."

Being so unabashedly praised by a man, Sienna found herself a bit shy, while Evan Quinn beside her blinked his big, adorable eyes, watching them with some dissatisfaction, "You two are making jokes about me, excluding me, the one involved—isn’t that a bit too much?"

Seeing Evan’s somewhat displeased look, Sienna and Todd exchanged a glance and smiled at each other.

On the way back from Todd’s house, Sienna was evidently in a good mood, especially since she got to see the few friends she had before leaving.

The little toddler sitting beside her was humming songs non-stop, evidently in a good mood. Sienna curiously asked him, "What’s making you so happy?"

"Just something happy. I’m not going to tell Mommy about it."

Evan blinked playfully, not willing to tell Sienna that it was because of an agreement between him and Chloe, determined to let her make fun of him when the time came.

Seeing Evan actually having his own little secret business, Sienna chuckled lightly.

"So many things at such a young age."

Evan pouted and decided not to quibble with Sienna.

Clearly, Evan was in a good mood. Suddenly he said to Sienna, "Why don’t we go see the elevator? It feels like we haven’t seen him in a long time."

The little toddler beamed at Sienna.

Sienna was taken aback, and upon hearing Landon’s name, her hand gripping the steering wheel tightened suddenly, turning her small hands pale due to the force, making her appear nervous. Sienna turned her head, looking at Evan’s enthusiastic face.

It was indeed hard to say no.

After all, once they left this time, they were unlikely to return.

Evan was already accustomed to life with the elevator; how could he possibly accept suddenly losing his father?

Rather than leave him with regret, it’s better to let him see Landon one last time before leaving.

Sienna didn’t hesitate and took Evan to ride to the Lawson Group building. After getting off, they looked at the familiar building before them, and Sienna’s eyes gradually deepened.

That man was probably sitting in the office right now...

Did he really want to see her and Evan?

Maybe he only didn’t want to see her...

"Mommy, what are you looking at so intently? Let’s hurry inside to find Daddy." Evan urged by her side.

Sienna gently nodded and said to Evan, "We’re going now, don’t rush."

Evan was visibly excited to see Landon soon; he was eager to pull Sienna’s hand and walked straight inside.

Sienna and Evan had just appeared inside the building, instantly causing a stir because their faces resembled Landon’s by seven or eight percent, not to mention Sienna had been back in the country for some time, with frequent appearances on various websites and newspapers.
