CHAPTER 394: CHAPTER 394: LUNCH AT THE OLD RESIDENCE

Sienna Quinn pressed her lips tightly together, a trace of anger in her indifferent gaze.

"Who exactly are you people?"

"You’ll naturally find out when you get there." The man’s cold voice slowly sounded, Sienna pressed her lips, a look of reluctance flashed in her eyes. Just who would dare to make a move against her, could it be him again?

If there really was no more connection between Landon and Sienna, then did that mean he had a chance? Axel’s feelings for Sienna were genuine, but he had no choice but to act against her before.

"So, I advise you to drop that idea. Landon and I won’t have any relationship anymore."

Only Axel and Sienna remained in the old house.

Axel smiled at Sienna and said, "Let me show you around the old house."

Sienna followed behind Axel with some doubt, this was an antique-style residence. From the way it was decorated, it had been around for some years.

Seeing Sienna’s confusion, Axel warmly said.

"My parents used to live here. After their incident, I moved to an apartment alone to avoid memories."

"So why did you bring me here today?"

"Just wanted to simply have a meal with you." Axel said with a smile.

That gentle and calm feeling once again returned to him, as if all the previous coldness and gloom were just a disguise.

When the two of them walked into the hall, they saw a full spread of food on an oval redwood table.

Axel courteously pulled out a chair for Sienna.

"Have a seat."

Although Sienna was somewhat reluctant, she obediently sat down. Looking at the food in front of her, she slightly raised an eyebrow, "Did you make all this?"

"Yeah."

Axel smiled lightly.

Sienna picked up the chopsticks and voluntarily picked one of the dishes, the taste was indeed quite good.

Axel smiled as he watched Sienna eat the food he made, a comforting smile curled at his lips.

Actually, this kind of simple and plain life was exactly what Axel wanted; since Landon and Sienna were impossible, would Sienna consider being with him?

Axel slowly spoke, suddenly saying, "Since you and Landon no longer have any ties, why not consider me?"

Sienna gently raised her head, looking at Axel’s serious expression, and shook her head helplessly, "I don’t have anyone I like, and I just want to stay with Evan Quinn for the rest of my life."

"So, are you planning to return to Yates Group to work? If you’re willing to come back, the company welcomes you anytime." Axel looked at Sienna with some excitement, thinking she finally wanted to come back.

But Sienna lightly shook her head, "I probably won’t work for any group again. The money I’ve earned before is enough for Evan and me to live, and now I just want a quiet place to watch him grow up."

Sienna’s heart skipped a beat.

She quickly shook her head towards Axel, "Where could I go? Of course, I’m staying here."

Sienna must not let Axel know that she and Evan are soon returning to France. If anything went awry in the meantime, it wouldn’t be something Sienna could handle.

Although Axel was unpredictably moody, everything seemed fine now, but if he went into a rage, there was nothing he wouldn’t do.

Having Sienna’s confirmation, Axel then smiled and nodded, while serving Sienna food and gently said, "Don’t you wander off, no matter where you go, I’ll definitely bring you back."
