Chapter 1269: Chapter 1269: Extra – Candy House 3 (Additional for Ji Bai)

In any case, everything inside the candy house is related to sweets.

“Is it possible we need some reverse thinking?” the comic man said, “We’ve all been looking for something that doesn’t belong to candy, but could it be that this thing is actually candy itself?”

“If everything belongs to candy, then we cannot distinguish whether this thing belongs to the candy house,” the gray-robed old man said hoarsely.

The comic man started brainstorming, “Candy brought in from outside?”

The Puppet Master laughed with a creaky voice, “Does the candy have a label telling us it sneaked in from outside? Hehehehe…”

The marionette in the Puppet Master’s hand shook with laughter, “Jack, the joke you just made is hilarious! Hahaha!”

The Puppet Master replied, “Jamie, I’m not joking. Aren’t we the only things that don’t belong to the candy house?”

The marionette joyfully kicked its little legs and sang loudly, “Oh! Jack, you’re a genius! Let’s hurry and get out of here!”

The Puppet Master said, “Why be in such a rush to leave? The candy here is so delicious, don’t you want to try some, Jamie?”

The marionette immediately lay on the floor, opening and closing its wooden jaw, mimicking an ‘eating’ motion.

Of course, it wouldn’t really eat, so in the end, it just got some sugar powder on its face.

Everyone had long been accustomed to the Puppet Master’s self-amusement. After watching for a while, they each dispersed, continuing to look for the “thing that doesn’t belong in the candy house.”

Bai Youwei pondered to herself, she actually thought the Puppet Master had a point.

These inspectors indeed don’t belong to the candy house, and according to the Puppet Master’s understanding of the rules, maybe they could just walk straight out and win.

But if they got it wrong, they’d have to endure ten thousand thunderbolts…

It seemed that no one wanted to be the first to walk out of the candy house.

Urgent footsteps sounded outside the door.

With a loud bang, the door was rudely slammed open, and a stout girl child approximately 2 meters tall and dressed in a pink puffy skirt appeared at the entrance!

Bai Youwei thought the only difference between this girl and a burly macho man was probably the lack of leg hair.

The girl stood at the doorway for just a second, then like an excited hippo, charged toward the sofa inside the candy house! She gobbled up one cushion after another!

The cushions were filled with top-quality cotton candy, fluffy and light, and were gnawed into disarray in no time.

The chocolate-made coffee table wasn’t spared either. She grabbed the table leg and gnawed, instantly eating half of it, her mouth and body covered with syrup and chocolate sauce, looking utterly messy.

Less than five minutes into her feast, Tangtang’s mother caught up. She was an even more robust, giant figure!

Infuriated, she approached Tangtang, grabbed the table leg from Tangtang’s mouth, yanked it out forcefully, and gave two backhand slaps!

Smack! Smack!

Tangtang wailed loudly from the beating!

While crying, she frantically stuffed nearby sweets into her mouth. Her mouth was so full she could take no more, but she persistently kept stuffing, until eventually, her sobs were blocked too.

Her mother roared in rage, delivering two more smacks, striking much of the food from her mouth before yanking her ear and dragging her forcefully out of the candy house!

The mother-daughter figures finally vanished from the doorway, leaving behind a mess in the candy house.

Originally, the room was neat and tidy, but now, the sofa, coffee table, floor tiles, and cushions tainted with saliva are all melting.

The floor became sticky, and the coffee table completely lost its original shape.

Ghastly Fire said from the corner, “Could that thing be… wrapped inside these pieces of furniture, which is why we can’t find it?”
