CHAPTER 206: NUISANCE

Vines shot out from her hands towards Giuseppe.

But Giuseppe just smirked, and the vines were sliced into pieces.

This time, however, the vines gave out a cloud of pollen after they were sliced up.

Giuseppe didn’t expect it, and he tried to leap away from the pollen.

When he tried to do so, plants that looked like Venus flytraps grew out from the ground.

They snapped onto Giuseppe’s feet when he stepped onto them.

"You slut!" Giuseppe shouted and he tried to pull his leg out from the Venus flytrap-like plant.

He was able to do so but to his horror, he saw that his pants were gone, dissolved by the sticky and corrosive liquid inside the Venus flytrap-like plant.

His skin was also starting to peel off and the flesh of his leg was exposed.

Giuseppe tried to unleash another one of his tornadoes but Kain came lunging at him.

Thud.

Kain knocked Giuseppe onto the ground.

Giuseppe tried to retaliate and swung his arm at Kain with an elbow.

He missed and he saw that Kain’s body was now different.

Kain was now made up of sand and when Giuseppe’s elbow got near, his body shifted away.

After his elbow missed, Giuseppe unleashed his ability, and he tried to slice off Kain’s head from his body.

Thud.

Some of the sand flew out from Kain’s neck but they latched back onto it immediately.

Giuseppe knew that things were about to get tough.

And he was right when the ground beneath him started to liquefy and he submerged into it like water.

Giuseppe thrashed around like someone drowning.

When his arms tried to grab onto the land nearby so that he could climb out from the ground, the arms splashed into the land, and he was not able to have any support for him to get out from the ground.

Kevin gritted his teeth as he used his ability to trap Giuseppe in the ground.

Revenge for Bjorn and Erik was near, he thought.

"Dark Lord, help!" Giuseppe had no choice but to seek assistance from the Dark Lord.

However, the Dark Lord didn’t move but glanced over at Olivia.

Olivia nodded reluctantly and gave out a tsk.

She wasn’t too keen to help someone like Giuseppe.

But orders from the Dark Lord were like orders from God to her.

She swung her arms at Giuseppe and the purple glowing chains shot at him.

Kain tried to stop her, but the purple glowing chains went through his body made up of sand like cutting through butter.

The purple glowing chains then wrapped themselves onto Giuseppe’s wrist.

Olivia twitched her mouth and gave a hard pull.

Thud.

The force from her pull yanked Giuseppe out from the liquid ground and threw him tumbling through the ground.

"Can’t you be gentle?" Giuseppe grunted as he tried to stand up on his feet.

Olivia couldn’t be bothered with him and she lashed out her purple glowing chains at Kain.

Kain’s body disintegrated and dispersed into the air, dodging the purple glowing chains.

The body then started to form back together as they came towards Olivia.

Thud.

When Kain appeared in front of Olivia, he gave out a punch at her, but his punch hit onto the purple glowing chains that had enveloped her.

These purple glowing chains then shot out at Kain immediately.

They tried to wrap around Kain’s body but couldn’t do so.

Kain slipped through like a pile of sand.

This annoyed Olivia greatly.

She decided to change her target.

The purple glowing chains ignored Kain, and they suddenly shot out at Astrid.

Vines appeared trying to stop the purple glowing chains but couldn’t.

They withered upon contact with the purple glowing chains.

If only Bjorn and Erik were still around, they would be trying to protect her from the purple glowing chains. Astrid couldn’t help herself but think about it silently in her mind.

Clank.

The purple glowing chains wrapped onto Astrid’s body, and they began to do their work.

Astrid felt her energy draining away, and her face sank due to the flesh underneath her skin disappearing.

Plop.

She knelt onto the ground and fell flat on her face the next moment.

Kain tried to stop Olivia using his ability.

Sand from his body shot at Olivia but it was stopped by her purple glowing chains.

Upon seeing this, Kevin unleashed his ability at Olivia.

The ground where Olivia was standing liquefied immediately and she was submerged into it.

Whoosh.

Some of her purple glowing chains shot out at Kevin and he dodged to the side.

Slice.

Giuseppe unleashed a tornado at Kevin from afar.

This forced Kevin to leap further away from Olivia.

With Kevin distracted, the purple glowing chains of Olivia shot out and wrapped onto Giuseppe’s body.

Making use of Giuseppe, the purple glowing chains pulled, and Olivia was yanked out from the liquefied ground successfully.

As she landed onto the ground, Venus flytrap-like plants grew and they tried to snap at Olivia when she landed onto them.

Astrid smirked and her eyes slowly closed.

That was the very last thing she could do to help.

Kevin saw what happened and he gave out a cry.

His mind was now filled with anger and revenge.

He stomped onto the ground, causing huge waves that were formed by the ground, going towards the Dark Lord, Giuseppe and Olivia.

It was like a tsunami, and they had to brace themselves for it.

Kain using his ability, disintegrated his body made up of sand, dispersed into the air and appeared next to Kevin.

He couldn’t sustain his form in sand any longer.

Both of them were already low on energy.

As the waves made of the ground crashed onto Giuseppe, he enveloped himself in a cocoon made up of swirling air.

Olivia used her purple glowing chains to engulf herself and the Dark Lord with them.

When the waves subsided, the Dark Lord, Giuseppe and Olivia were still standing.

Giuseppe smirked and he walked towards Kain and Kevin.

It was payback time for all of their nuisance.

Slice.

Blood spewed into the air as cuts appeared on the bodies of Kain and Kevin.
