CHAPTER 1806: IT’S TIME TO EXPERIMENT

Before Legend would come to him, Hye received more messages from his girls, his friends, his generals who were all close to his spot.

"Take out a map," Legend was the first to come over, and Hye instantly gave him this order.

"Here," Legend projected a map from his small spaceship, "this is the map of the area around here..."

"Show me a broader viewpoint," Hye paused, "show me the entire map of our territory."

Legend complied, while Hye sent messages to everyone to come over his spot. He sent for everyone, not just the ones who felt the weird attraction to this spot. And yet he asked from those who didn’t yet feel anything to wait.

[... I want you to wait at your spots, and when you feel something weird, like a calling or something, mark your spots on the map then come over to me]

He ended his messages to the ones who didn’t yet feel the gem’s power with these words.

"You want to draw a map of what exactly?" Isaac was the second to arrive, as she was flying luckily close to here.

"I want to see how far this gem’s powers can go," Hye pointed at the gem, as if he was pointing to something normal or usual.

"This feeling came from this gem?!" The two of them asked in doubt, while Hye simply shrugged. They examined the gem, it looked fascinating indeed, but it didn’t exude any special feeling not to mention special power.

"Are you sure?" Sara asked the same question everyone who came here asked.

"It’s the thing I acquired from the last trip," Hye shrugged, while his short answer spoke letters about what he meant.

"This is what was inside the Toranks caravan?!" The pirate king couldn’t believe this harmless looking gem was the thing they risked their lives to get.

"It looks amazingly beautiful," the lady nymph was attracted to it in a different way than others.

"It is," Hye nodded, "it seems you two don’t have cultivation bases, right?"

"How could you tell?!" The pirate king asked in surprise, while the lady nymph raised both hands in the air as if she was powerless towards his abilities.

Hye simply smiled. The fact that these two didn’t feel anything and just came here because he called them over was enough proof. Hye didn’t yet unearth what this gem could do, but he was sure anyone with a cultivation base would react to its powers.

And as he started tracking the places everyone felt the power of this gem over the map, he could easily deduce the gem’s power was growing.

"It’s expanded to cover up the entire territory," by the end of the day, it wasn’t just Hye who received messages about this weird feeling, his friends and trusted generals and leaders started to receive the same type of messages.

Hye made sure to bring the ones who opened their cultivation base. He strictly instructed all of his generals and leaders. That was why everyone started to receive tons of messages about the same thing.

"Let’s start calming everyone first," Hye knew everyone had tons of questions regarding what was going on and about this gem. And yet he had little information to share. He needed time to test and experiment. At least he realised that gem was, in a way, related to the cultivation from the outer universe.

"We’ll handle this," Legend paused, "but you know, we’ll need to explain everything at one point..."

"That’s given," Hye raised his eyes towards the gem, "we just need to do lots of tests and experiments before knowing everything. That reminds me..."

He asked something out of his generals and trusted aides. He knew the gem’s powers covered up all of his territory. But he didn’t know if this would stop at the boundaries of his area or would it expand beyond.

By logic, he knew the effect of this gem would be limited to the area that belonged to him. As he was the one to bind the gem, the gem’s powers seemed to work over the area he owned.

"I want someone to go and check the Grand Earth and Second Earth worlds," Hye added, and Angelica volunteered to do this for him.

If the gem would work over the areas he owned, then it made sense to check over these two worlds he owned. Yet as they were far away from here, Hye didn’t expect the effects to reach them anytime soon.

"If no one feels anything there, just leave a warning about this feeling and it is a normal thing..." Hye gave his last instructions for Angelica before sending her over to the Second Earth world. That world was the world with the most warriors with a cultivation base.

As he expected, the effect of the gem didn’t reach either of the two worlds. And yet Angelica did as he asked her, leaving a warning for such a thing if ever happened.

In the next few hours, he received messages reporting about the reach of the gem effect. "It’s confined to my territory as I imagined," Hye wasn’t surprised by such news. If any, it made me quite excited to see what effects this gem truly had.

"You cover the entire territory I own, and you stir up the cultivation bases of everyone... So let’s check and see if you can help others train faster or not..."

Hye called out many of his warriors. He picked the ones with weak and low cultivation base, as those would be very sensitive for any slight changes.

"Sit and train," their first reaction was the same as others, they felt some sort of irresistible attraction towards the spot they were at. Hye just calmed them down, before asking them to train.

"Cultivation isn’t like leveling up with stat points, it takes time to give results," Hye knew he had to give his warriors enough time before assessing them again.

"I need to check something else..." As he left those warriors behind to train, Hye went out in his small ship. [I believe you are nearby, right?] he sent this to Legend, asking if he was still around or not.
