The massive body of Chaos stepped out from the void and landed heavily on the ground.

The oppressive aura of a Peak God Meridian Realm descended, and everyone’s expression changed dramatically. It felt like a suffocating weight was crushing down on them.

“Chaos... Isn’t that the beast from the attack on the Yin-Yang Sect?” the Grand Elder exclaimed in shock. “Wasn’t it imprisoned?”

“Yeah, but now it’s my Meridian Beast,” Xu Zimo replied casually.

“Grand Elder, I’d watch your tone. My beast has a bad temper. If it goes berserk, even I might not be able to stop it.”

“You-” The Grand Elder pointed a trembling finger at Xu Zimo, his face clouded with emotion.

After a long silence, he snorted coldly and turned away.

“Patriarch Mo, isn’t it time we talked business?” Xu Zimo said with a faint smile.

Mo Canghai pondered for a moment before finally saying, “So, Young Master Xu, are you returning a punch yourself, or is your meridian beast doing it on your behalf?”

“Of course, I’ll do it personally,” Xu Zimo smiled.

“In that case, I have no objections,” Mo Canghai said, giving a subtle signal to the middle-aged man beside him.

After all, his younger brother was an Empyrean Meridian expert, not much weaker than he himself.

A single punch from Xu Zimo? That was nothing to worry about, or so he thought.

“If you’ll excuse me,” Xu Zimo said lightly.

As soon as he finished speaking, the aura of an Imperial Meridian Realm cultivator erupted from his body like a hurricane.

The surging energy shot straight into the sky, boundless and mighty.

Everyone’s face shifted. Who would’ve thought that someone so young could be at the peak of the Imperial Meridian Realm?

“So this is the foundation of a lineage with four emperors...” someone muttered.

As Xu Zimo’s momentum surged like a tidal wave, the mist behind him scattered.

A blue planet rose into the sky with divine authority, and the Power of Creation filled the void.

Time froze. Space turned to nothingness. The entire sky fell into dead silence, and invisible winds began to swirl all around.

The middle-aged man facing Xu Zimo turned pale. Even with his Empyrean Meridian spirit energy forming a defensive barrier, his heart pounded violently, a clear sense of death surrounding him.

“Sixth Transformation, Sky Serpent.”

Xu Zimo snorted coldly. A massive phantom of a serpent appeared behind him.

The giant serpent coiled in midair, hissing, its cold eyes locked on the middle-aged man.

At that moment, Xu Zimo’s aura roared, reality itself dissolving around him, everything had reached a breaking point.

“Dear Nephew Zimo, I believe we can still talk this through,” Mo Canghai hurriedly said with a smile. “The teleportation array, it’s not like we can’t do it.”

“What was that?” Xu Zimo raised his head, his aura growing even more oppressive.

“I said I’ll have my men start preparing it immediately. In at most seven days, it’ll be ready,” Mo Canghai quickly promised.

“Don’t push yourself. I’m a very fair man after all,” Xu Zimo said with a grin.

“Not forced at all,” Mo Canghai was cursing inside, but on the surface, he smiled.

With Xu Zimo’s display of power, forget his younger brother, even if he himself stepped in,

there would be no chance of winning.

He stared at Xu Zimo’s True Fate, a completely unprecedented one.

Though he didn’t recognize it, there was a deep, dangerous aura within it that made him extremely uneasy.

Compared to losing an Empyrean Meridian Elder, starting a fight would be utterly not worth it.

Xu Zimo smiled as he retracted his aura, descending lightly to the ground as if nothing had happened.

Only then did the Mo Imperial Clan’s Grand Elder breathe a sigh of relief, wiping the cold sweat from his brow. He hadn’t even noticed how soaked it was.

Xu Zimo glanced at the True Martial Sacred Ground's First Grand Elder, who was still standing there stunned.

He patted him on the shoulder and smiled, “Grand Elder, we’re from the same sect. I’m not a vengeful guy. You know what to do going forward. After all, everyone walks their own path. We all live our own lives.”

With that, Xu Zimo walked straight into the Mo Estate.

The Grand Elder stood in silence, lost in thought.

Just as Xu Zimo’s figure disappeared, the Grand Elder’s voice suddenly came from behind:

“Sacred Lord Xiao has returned. And he brought back a young girl from outside. He hasn’t said much, but I believe he’s planning to groom her heavily.”

“How interesting,” Xu Zimo chuckled. “What are you doing in the Mo Estate?”

“The sect’s protective formation has developed problems. I came to consult a few of the Mo Imperial Clan’s formation masters,” the Grand Elder replied.

Xu Zimo nodded slightly.

Because the teleportation formation required seven days of preparation, something Xu Zimo hadn’t expected, he had no choice but to stay in the Mo Estate for a while.

Meanwhile, in the Mo Imperial Clan’s main hall, the high-ranking members had gathered.

From Patriarch Mo Canghai to the six Grand Elders, they were all seated in order.

“What do you all think of my proposal?” Mo Canghai asked. “Xu Zimo is worth investing in.”

“I’m not opposed,” one of the Grand Elders said. “The question is: how do we invest in him? And how do we maximize the returns?”

“I used to put all my hopes on Yang’er,” Mo Canghai sighed. “But today, the gap became painfully obvious. Across the Eastern Continent, I don’t see anyone who can rival Xu Zimo for now. If he one day bears the Heaven’s Will, and we’re on the same side... This could be the next great leap forward for the Mo Imperial Clan.”

“The only issue is, he’s the Holy Son of the True Martial Sacred Ground. He lacks nothing in terms of resources. What do we have that would actually impress him?”

At this point, the room fell silent.

It was a tricky situation indeed.

“…What if we let Xinyi try?” one of the Grand Elders cautiously suggested.

“Second Brother, what are you implying?” Mo Canghai frowned.

“You know what I mean,” the Grand Elder replied. “I’m not saying it’ll work. But I’ve got nothing else.”

A dark breeze rustled the delicate plants.

Outside the pavilion, twilight deepened.

Xu Zimo lay alone on a lounge chair inside, relaxing and enjoying the evening wind.

At that moment, footsteps echoed from the courtyard.

Xu Zimo lifted his head slightly to see Mo Xinyi approaching gracefully.

She was clearly dressed up, her blue gown bloomed like a lotus across the ground.

Her slender waist was accentuated by the tight-fitting fabric.

Her long black hair flowed freely down her back, and black star-like earrings dangled from her ears.

Her skin was fairer than snow, and she carried a faint scent of roses.

“Something you need, Miss Mo?” Xu Zimo asked curiously.

“Young Master Xu,” Mo Xinyi greeted softly. “May I sit down?”

Xu Zimo nodded. He noticed her eyes were red, clearly from recent crying.

“What’s wrong?” he asked, puzzled.
