The morning after Logan's defeat and having placed him back in proper medical care in the castle, Lisa gathered the other girls in the courtyard with a serious face.

The memory of his battered body was still fresh not only in her mind but in all those present in front of her. None of them had forgotten the helplessness they felt when they saw him lying unconscious, almost dead.

Around her stood Rubina, Marie, Silvia, Alma, Serana, Ruri, and Charlotte. Each bore a different expression. Most of those who saw Logan the day before were worried; others who wanted to help him in the next fight wore an expression of determination, others who had never been in a fight like his maid Ruri, were in doubt, but each and every one of them had all come for the same reason.

Lisa's voice was steady, was given the authority by the others to lead the group, not only because she had been in countless battles but also because she was probably the one who wanted to help the boy the most out of all of them.

"As you all know… Logan nearly died yesterday. Not just from his injuries, but from the hard that the monster down in the dungeon did to his mana core. We can't keep letting him be reckless and have him jump into every fight alone. If he keeps doing this, he will no doubt die on us in the next fight, so before he goes to face the guy living in the labyrinth again, we have to get stronger to be next to him, not only down there but also when he goes to the empire."

The group fell silent. Even Lisa's best friend Alma, who usually had something funny to add, was completely serious this time; she only crossed her arms and gave a grave nod.

Silvia, the ever-stoic girl, with the help of Marie, the expert in mana crystals and illusions, conjured a faint map in the air. "There is only one place that we can train hard enough to catch up to Logan, and that is in the labyrinth. We will be a few floors below where the guy waiting for a rematch will be. We must push ourselves beyond what we have faced so far. Otherwise, we'll only hold him back."

Charlotte tightened her grip on the weapon she was given by Logan, nervous about being around those whom the class now called Logan's wives. "I have been training under Sir Kai and Miss Chloe and have been able to improve leaps and bounds after getting my new class and, of course, Logan's buff after being tamed. But I am far from being able to protect anyone. I hope to be at least a shield for you all in the coming fight, and also learn to fight in a balanced team like this one. Also… If I'm going to be Logan's knight, then I can't be the weakest link, right?"

Ruri, who was normally shy around the others due to being seen as just Logan's maid, bowed slightly towards the others. She appreciated being called up and wanted to really try her hand at fighting, something she had thought about ever since receiving her power from Logan. "Please… let me fight too. I may not be as strong, but I'll do whatever it takes to help him..."

Lisa stepped forward, smiling, and held on to each of their shoulders to calm them down. "Relax, we all have a role here. The best part is that we can all do our part in this group. Rubina will be ranged magic. I know you're proficient in magic arrows that use fire and shadows, Alma. You are going to buff us with your songs that have gotten stronger after your new class, Silvia. With your ability to use all the elements and teleportation magic, you can help us when we are in a bind. Serana, you, along with me and Charlotte, can each protect the others with our melee skills and weapons… I, of course, will keep you all safe and heal you if anything happens. Marie and Ruri don't cut yourselves short, with illusions, you are able to keep us safe while giving us the time to attack without worrying about injuries, and Ruri, stop thinking you are the worst, you have two of the most powerful elements to use, I am sure you will find the proper way to use them."

After trying her best to get the morale of the others up, Lisa turned towards Ruben, the blacksmith hero.

He was already told what had happened and why they had called for his assistance.

The courtyard fell quiet after Lisa's words.

Ruben, whom they all knew well as he basically lived in a part of Logan's mansion, stepped forward, rolling up his sleeves. A faint ember flickered around him as he easily manipulated the wind to make it move between his palms.

He now had a mobile forge materialized beside him with the help of his Mechwright ability.

The crystal forge that moved with his will pulsed like a living heart, warm and steady, keeping the ideal temperature for him.

"I heard everything… and I am saddened by what happened to our great leader but also my best friend in this world, so I worked all night to have these armors and weapons for you all, with the help of Marie of course to make them suitable for your size and shape," Ruben said, his voice trying to remain steady, he had his wives but it was always hard to look at Lisa and the rest after their evolution in this world, they were not only beautiful but had a divine touch to them that made him a little jealous of his best friend at times. "That said… If you all are set on being at his side in the coming fights, then you'll need weapons and armor that will help you be ready to face anything… With my new skills, I have made a living metal that will modify itself and evolve with your way of fighting. Anyways, I won't bore you with the technical talk, try on the gear, tent is in the back, Irma and Wayana will help you out."

He gestured to crates of materials hauled in by his tiny mechs; each one contained equipment refined with the best ore, enchanted mana crystal, and soul-thread wire. Ironback Alpha, one of his new metallic creatures, loomed in the background, carrying the heavier loads with ease.

"Each one of these suits and weapons will take their shape as soon as you put them on and begin to practice. With Soulbrand etchings, they will only work for you, as I tuned them to only be compatible with one person. They may seem like fabric, but they are alloy reinforcement that will resonate with your mana cores and feel off your mana, and of course, I put a research core for it to not suddenly disappear.

The incredible crystal matrices for channeling your elemental blessings were provided by Marie, who knew her stuff. I will only ask one thing of you all, and that is that I want to see each of you fight. Not just how you swing or cast, but how you fight as a unit to make adjustments before you head off into the labyrinth."

Lisa nodded firmly. "Then I guess we will be here most of the day… so let's start our first session. We'll form a battle line and rotate roles, just like Logan does with his creatures. Ruben, watch us and tell us if we need to change anything, or simply what we need to work on."

The girls exchanged puzzled looks as Irma and Wayana started handing out the equipment while leading them towards the changing partitions where they would change into their new armor.

Inside each box given to them lay what looked like simple metallic fabric, smooth and flexible, almost ordinary. But when each of them reached out and touched their piece, the material began to move as if it were composed of small nanobots that began resonating with their mana.

They were like small ants that began to weave into a fully functional armor.

"Don't think that is all there is to it…" Ruben called out so they could hear while changing. He couldn't help but rub the back of his neck. "Marie insisted we take some… creative liberties… She called it a henshin moment or something."

Marie clasped her hands together, her eyes sparkling. "So, it's like this, right… I had the perfect idea! Just wait until you see how they adapt once you put them on."

Ruben groaned softly, though there was a faint smile tugging at his lips. "I swear, she wouldn't let me work until I agreed. Something about dramatic flair being essential for morale."

Marie went silent almost instantly, clearly a little ashamed of showing her nerd side. "Obviously! If we're going to fight for Logan, we should look incredible doing it."
