I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess
Chapter 398: Arrival to Restara’s Port?
CHAPTER 398: ARRIVAL TO RESTARA’S PORT?
Restara’s Port.
It was the largest port connected to one of the four seas of the world, the Neveron Sea.
It was first created during the peak of the Second Great War between the four nations to combat the Eastern nation’s newly created air machines. Thus, marking this port as one of the major points of defence during the war.
After the war, it was repurposed into a large transportation hub as well as a large market filled with all kinds of ingredients and Items that could be found at sea.
Lillian strolled through the busy market and took a look around. She sniffed the air and breathed in the distinct smell of salt and fishiness.
She then glanced to her side and found Millis and Viesta bent over and scrutinising a particularly large fish belonging to a person’s stall. Lillian smiled slightly before catching a glimpse of a nearby store.
Moving up to it, she peered through the window and inspected the highly detailed figures placed on the shelves. They seemed to be action figures of highly prominent people in the world.
Lillian’s eyes glittered as her childlike self appeared. She still remembered how she handed a limited edition action figure of the South Saint, and she couldn’t help but hop up and down.
She could already spot figures of the current king of Restara, Leonardo, and several other figures.
Another example would be a well-known pirate who journeyed through the three seas in search of adventure and defeating evildoers on the high seas.
His name was Nearo Farland. He appeared as a person with short and petite stature and a rather androgynous expression that would lead them to believe he was a middle-schooler.
He had navy blue eyes and short black hair with streaks of dark blue through it. He wore an outfit purely based on a stereotypical pirate minus the peg leg and eyepatch.
It was said that he wielded a powerful cutlass that could take on any shape that fit the situation and was able to take on several creatures of the Dire rank by himself as long as he was on board his trusty ship.
If Lillian recalled, he was given the name, ’The Pirate of the Rickety Ship’. Which she felt sounded more like an insult rather than a compliment.
Right as Lillian was about to impulsively walk into the store and begin her career as a collector, she felt a hand fall on her left shoulder.
Looking back, Lillian found Millis staring at her with a teasing grin, "Oh~? Plannin’ on goin’ in there, Lil’? What’s the difference between buying these figures than whaling on a gacha game, hm?"
Lillian stiffened before rolling her eyes, "Hey, look. I have nothing against you paying for stuff in a gacha game, but you did use an exorbitant amount of money!"
She then stepped away and pointed at the window, "And these are really cool!"
"And so are big titty waifus! But apparently that’s where we draw the line, huh!?"
Viesta, who had walked in between the two and pulled them apart, looked towards Lillian with a small smile, "We might have to wait a bit for the next blimp or ship to arrive at the port. So, ya can go around and have some fun in the meantime. Meet me by the port by 2pm, alright?"
After saying that with a wave, she walked towards the docks, leaving Millis and Lillian alone.
Millis watched as Viesta moved farther away from them, then gave a smug grin as she heard the cowgirl adopt her accent for a brief moment, "Heh, I guess mah way of speaking is truly superior!"
She then turned to Lillian, "Don’tcha think so, Lil’..." Her eyes slowly widened.
Lillian, who was standing before the Heroine, now held two plastic bags in each hand, which were filled to the brim with action figures of all kinds of people.
She gave a shy expression at Millis’s piercing and twitching face. She quickly stored away the bags into her spatial ring and rubbed the back of her head, "Hahaha... Y-yeah, your way of talking sure is superior..."
Millis silently stared into Lillian’s eyes before leaning away with a flattered look. She rubbed the back of her neck and cackled, "Hehehe, yep, I knew it!"
The two continued strolling through the market. And that was when Lillian was hit with a rather strange question as she watched the Heroine buy a spatial ring.
"Honestly, Lillian. Ya likin’ action figures wasn’t something I expected, not gonna lie." Millis inspected the ring’s shape and ran a finger over its purple gem, "I bet that if they ever come out with a figure of ya girlfriend, ya would definitely put it in a jar."
Lillian raised an eyebrow as she walked alongside the Heroine. Why would she put a Marionette figure inside a jar?
As she fell into deep thought, she began to imagine what an action figure of Marionette would look like.
’That... Would be pretty nice...’ Lillian would be lying if she didn’t say she already had figures of Marionette in her old life, although just one, since they can get rather pricey.
"Heh, but when I get rich, I’ll be as many of them as I want..." Lillian muttered under her breath in a dazed manner as she accidentally walked into a man reading his newspaper.
Thump.
"O-oi! Watch where you are going!" The man yelled as he fell and landed on his rear.
Lillian immediately gave an apology and went to pick up the man’s newspaper that had fallen on the ground.
Looking down, she noticed the headline and quickly read it.
[Dangers out at sea and air?]
[Multiple monsters, presumably from the southern part of the frontline, had managed to somehow appear near Restara’s Port! Authorities are doing their best to track these heinous creatures down and prevent any possible casualties from happening.]
"Give me that!"
Lillian, having had the newspaper snatched out of her hand, watched as the man left with a grumpy expression on his face. She sighed and moved on; she needed to buy a few things before setting off.
