CHAPTER 247: BENEATH THE COLD SKY

Dominic’s voice came out in a fevered rhythm, like someone lost in a sweet, burning dream.

Each word was soaked with emotionand heavy with desire.

When Shiao Yi looked up, he saw sweat glistening on Dominic’s forehead, his blue eyes blazing with heat and longing. Yet even with that wild passion, his face remained impossibly beautiful, he looked so strong, masculine, and intense.

"Dominic... I—I love you too. Please come inside me," Shiao Yi said, his voice trembling between need and surrender.

Unable to wait any longer, he wrapped his arms tightly around Dominic’s body and pulling him close while guiding his big dragon into his back entrance.

Dominic pushed his big dragon forward in one deep forceful thrust which filling him completely in a single movement.

"Ah—!" Shiao Yi cried out, the sharp pain cutting through him like fire.

No matter how many times they had been together, the first moment of entry always hurt, especially without the scented oil and without enough preparation.

However, the sting soon melted, overtaken by waves of hot dizzying pleasure.

Dominic who is already trembling with passion came once almost immediately after entering, but he didn’t stop.

With his big dragon still hard and swollen, he began to move his hips again, his big dragon sliding in and out inside while using his own semes as slick warmth.

Inside Shiao Yi, Dominic’s big dragon felt even larger, harder, alive with pulsing heat.

"Shiao Yi...! Shiao Yi!" Dominic groaned, his voice rough and shaking.

"Aah! Dominic—ahh!" Shiao Yi cried back, his voice breaking with both pain and bliss.

Dominic was so overwhelmed with passion and desire that he couldn’t even find the words to ask Shiao Yi for permission.

Every breath, every heartbeat was already filled with longing and need, leaving no room for hesitation.

The strength and size of Dominic’s big dragon told Shiao Yi just how much restraint he had been holding back all this time.

"Dominic...!" Shiao Yi’s voice broke, his body trembling as he clung to him.

Every part of him ached with the same hunger, the same need. He had wanted this closeness for so long, he had tried to keep it under control, but now there was no more holding back.

Their movements lost rhythm and reason; everything else faded away until all that existed was the fierce warmth between them and the emotions they had both hidden for too long.

Shiao Yi had always liked Dominic’s wild and untamed energy.

That fierce almost animalistic intensity was part of what drew him in and he wanted it too.

When Dominic’s passion finally broke free, Shiao Yi couldn’t resist being swept away by it. Losing control had been inevitable and he couldn’t bring himself to regret it.

The real problem came afterward.

Dominic had held back for nearly ten days and once the barrier broke, his stamina seemed endless. He didn’t stop for food, or even when the night began to fade. By the time morning sunlight filled the sky, Shiao Yi was completely spent.

He sighed to himself, realizing he should have known better than to let Dominic hold it in for so long. He told himself to reflect on it and then immediately gave up on the idea.

After barely two hours of sleep, Shiao Yi found himself being carried in Dominic’s arms as they rode through the mountains. His legs refused to work and he could barely stay awake.

He vaguely remembered Marengo giving him a look filled with what seemed like pity or maybe disbelief.

"Even the horse feels sorry for me," he muttered weakly.

It wasn’t that Shiao Yi was weak.

Even someone as enhanced and trained as he was couldn’t keep up with Dominic’s sheer endurance.

Still, as they continued through the mountain paths, a dull headache began to build behind his eyes.

It had been there since they entered the highlands and it was growing stronger.

Maybe he really was more tired than he wanted to admit.

...

By evening that day, Shiao Yi and Dominic finally reached the small village.

Honestly, if Dominic had just held out his desire a little longer, they could’ve made it without all that trouble.

Shiao Yi was full of complaints, but his body refused to move the way he wanted.

As soon as he was laid down on the bed in a small room above the tavern, the sleep pulled him under instantly.

The next day, he woke up feeling terrible.

The light streaming through the window told him it was already close to noon.

There was an empty space beside him on the bed, it’s clear signs that Dominic had slept there but was now gone.

He must have slept for a long time, but the fatigue still clung to him. A dull, heavy ache pressed down on his head, clouding his thoughts.

Still lying on his back, Shiao Yi thought back to the day before. Exhausted and barely able to stand, he had been carried into the village by Dominic like a child or worse, like a woman being swept off her feet. Dominic had even carried him straight into the inn in his arms.

He buried his face in the pillow and groaned. He just couldn’t seem to act like a proper man around that guy. No matter how much time passed, Dominic always treated him like a kid. Was it because of the difference in their builds? Because he was smaller, Dominic couldn’t help but handle him like that? Was that it?

After spending a while sulking over something he couldn’t change, his stomach growled loudly, reminding him of more immediate problems. He hadn’t eaten since chewing on some hard bread and a bit of dried meat around noon yesterday. He was starving.

He remembered that the first floor of the inn was a tavern. Maybe they served food there too. He could wait for Dominic to return, but come on, he wasn’t that helpless. He could at least eat on his own.
