Yamafuji stared at the dozen or so Impure World Reincarnation’s corpses and swallowed his saliva nervously. He thought to himself, ‘Wait, how come this Genjutsu feels so real?’

When he turned his head, he realized the others had already walked far ahead, so he hurriedly followed them.

"Is that really a Genjutsu?" Ino asked, frowning slightly, "Why does it look so familiar to me? Didn’t Orochimaru use this Ninjutsu before?"

"It's an improved version, no cost involved. Don’t worry about it." Naruto said.

"You can improve Ninjutsu now?" She leaned forward slightly, came closer and asked in a low voice.

"It wasn't me, someone else did it." Naruto answered honestly, after all, it was the system that modified it, "I don’t have that kind of skill. The original technique was unstable."

"Oh…" Ino let out a sigh of relief.

Matsuri watched her team leader whispering to this reckless blond troublemaker and couldn’t help but admire her, ‘How could she be so calm even though we just barged into a noble’s home?’

‘Are their priorities completely messed up?! The main issue isn’t the Ninjutsu… it’s the fact that we just broke into a noble’s estate! Aren’t they even a little worried?’

Yamafuji hurriedly caught up from behind as the four of them moved through the courtyard. The scattered servants hid in various corners, too terrified to come out, making their path entirely unobstructed.

The servants in the outer courtyard were just paid workers, so they had no reason to risk their lives for the nobles. However, the servants in the inner courtyard were loyal retainers of the noble, so they stepped forward to block their way.

With a snap of Naruto’s fingers, death rose from the earth and the departed returned.

"Help! Monster!"

“Wait… isn’t that… someone who died long ago?!”

The corpse of the Impure World Reincarnation kept the unrelated people at bay, allowing the four of them to proceed upstairs. The upper floors were eerily empty. Randomly pushing open a few doors, they eventually found Enwa behind a sliding paper door.

The tatami in the room was very wide, with only a low table in the center. When he saw Ino and her group, Enwa didn't show any panic on his face, but remained very calm.

If it had been some nameless Rogue Shinobi, he might have gone to hide, but the person in front of him was from Konoha’s Intelligence Department, so he didn't need to panic.

It would be a terrifying message if Konoha's Shinobi laid their hands on a noble. He believed that these people should also understand that the collective wrath of the nobles wasn’t something they could withstand.

So, Enwa remained seated, smiling at the four uninvited guests. His expression was warm, his face exuding a serene benevolence, almost like a living Buddha.

This aura of authority instantly made Yamafuji and Matsuri, who had only come along for the ride, too intimidated to even lift their heads. They even felt an instinctive urge to leave the room, as if ants were crawling all over their skin.

The so-called ‘noble presence’ was nothing more than the confidence bred from a lifetime of wielding power. A single glance could command respect, and a single word could grant enlightenment.

But if they lose everything and resources are no longer at their disposal, the effect will naturally be greatly reduced.

In contrast, Naruto and Ino had no reaction. Ino herself was also a noble among the Shinobi, and was considered to be in a position of some power, so she was naturally unimpressed by the so-called ‘noble presence’.

On the other hand, Naruto simply didn’t care. He didn't care what these nobles did or how much money they had. It would be fine if they kept their hands to themselves, but since they were looking for trouble, they had to be prepared to pay the price.

"You must be from the Intelligence Department?" Enwa asked with a smile, "Ino-dono, you were already here earlier today, weren’t you? It’s already late… what brings you back?"

"Yeah." Ino nodded but didn’t say much.

Naruto had already instructed her before coming that she didn't need to worry about anything. She just needs to stand aside and watch. He would take care of everything and make sure justice was served.

He stepped forward, pulling out the search warrant, and spoke slowly.

"We were attacked by Shinobi while dining together, and the mastermind behind it, Harayama, was captured on the spot. His goal was to manipulate Shinobi to attack Konoha’s Intelligence Department, aiming to overthrow Konoha’s military structure."

"Harayama? How is that possible?" Enwa said, feigning surprise, "There must be some misunderstanding. Perhaps it was just a minor dispute, not something so severe."

"The crime has been determined." Naruto interrupted him, "I have determined his crime on behalf of all Konoha's high-ranking officials. According to Konoha's martial law, execution on the spot was permitted."

"And what gives you the authority to represent Konoha high-level officials?" Enwa raised his gaze and stared at Naruto with a calm gaze.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself." Naruto pulled out a seal and waved it in front of Enwa, "I am one of Konoha's high-ranking officials, Uzumaki Naruto."

"As for the authenticity of the seal, you’re welcome to find someone to verify it later. You have the right to appeal at the Hokage Tower in Konoha. But before that, there’s one more accusation against you."

"An accusation against me?” Enwa chuckled, his expression still warm, but Naruto caught the fleeting hint of disdain in his lowered gaze.

Seeing this, Naruto's tone turned impatient.

"Harayama accused you of manipulating Shinobi to cause trouble with the intention of attacking Konoha’s Intelligence Department’s Shinobi. Your intention was to take over the communications project and rob the Intelligence Department's funds. Your motives are indeed sinister."

Ino listened silently, her eyelids twitching at Naruto’s blatant accusations, ‘This is insane. There’s no way we have any solid proof of this.’

"I have no idea what you’re talking about. As for the communications project, that was something we discussed long ago. It was just a proposal. The Intelligence Department has always had full authority to decide."

"Where's the evidence?" Enwa asked.

"Harayama is one of your men, and he is part of your noble faction." Naruto replied, "Today, you have made outrageous demands, intending to take over the communications project."

"That's the evidence. I'm saying it."

"If that's the case, why not invite Hokage-dono to preside over this and determine whether your so-called evidence holds up?" Enwa snorted in dissatisfaction.

"I think you misunderstand something. Why do you assume I would…"

Bang!

"Father!"

Suddenly, a young noble dressed in luxurious robes stormed into the room, "Who are you people? What do you think you're doing to my father?"

"We are from Konoha's Intelligence Department," Yamafuji kindly tried to explain.

"Get out! All of you!" The young man roared. His expression manic, his state clearly unstable, as he seemed to be under the influence of some drug, "You filthy low-lives!"

Naruto glanced at Enwa and spoke out, "You don't mind if your son loses a few teeth, do you?"

"Wait…!" Enwa finally lost his composure, but before he could rise, it was too late.

Naruto suddenly moved in front of the young noble, lifted him up, and slapped him, knocking out three of his teeth. Then, the young noble let out a wail, blood spilling from his lips.

His cries drew a second figure into the room. This newcomer was dressed in a refined manner, with a pair of gold-rimmed glasses perched on his nose. He stood calmly at the doorway.

"Honored sir, please forgive my elder brother's rudeness." The young man said with a bow, not sparing his injured sibling a single glance.

"And who are you?" Naruto tossed aside the first young noble and didn't even look at the bespectacled man. Instead, he turned back to Enwa, "I need an answer for this. I don’t care what you have to say."
