CHAPTER 77: HELL DIFFICULTY: ARE YOU MAD?!!

"Come again!!" Jinx asked, utterly bewildered.

"You didn’t spend more... I thought you’d be like Nioh, Nicolas, and Blood Eye, who asked for two trillion."

"...?!!"

Jinx and Josephine immediately turned their gazes to the three mentioned, while Nioh, Nicolas, and Blood Eye exchanged glances, a single thought echoing in their minds:

’We should have asked for more.’

Sunny then rose from his seat.

"Okay... Thank you for your hospitality and your help with the equipment. We’ll be getting going now. We’ll see you tomorrow at the auction."

"Yes... Yes... God Wolf!"

The Dwarven King quickly stood up, a flattering smile plastered across his face.

’A king who lets his subordinates spend trillions... I must be his ally,’ he thought. "Let me escort you all out," he offered with an eager smile.

’I just wonder how much pocket money he gives his daughter,’ he added inwardly, observing Sunny.

Sunny raised an eyebrow. This was precisely the problem he had been pondering. He couldn’t simply give someone the System’s money to keep; they had to spend it.

’Maybe I can with my personal bank?’ He mused, turning and walking towards the exit.

Jinx, grabbing her bags, followed close behind, with the rest of the group trailing after her.

"...?!!!"

"You’ve got to be kidding me!" Josephine exclaimed the moment they stepped out of the castle.

Right before them stood a magnificent golden wolf statue, towering 70 feet tall. Five enormous beasts stood before it, restrained by heavy chains.

The entire group, including the king, turned to Jinx.

"You?! You bought a statue?!!" Sunny asked in genuine shock.

"Yep! Our flag has the golden wolf on it, so I thought... why not buy a statue? Making one will take time, so I bought this! It’s not big, but it will make a good decoration in our kingdom," she stated, as if it were an entirely trivial matter.

"How do you plan to move it?" Nicolas inquired, his voice laced with disbelief.

"We have a Starship," Jinx pointed out, while the group simply sighed deeply, at a loss for how to respond to her audacious claim.

"It will only slow the starship down."

Sunny merely raised his hand and snapped his fingers.

BOOOM!

The chains binding the beasts shattered, startling them and sending them scattering. Then, before their astonished eyes, the ground beneath the statue opened up, and the colossal golden wolf slowly sank into the earth.

[Beastify Nation, Capital.]

"Go on!! Get it going, we must build the castle before nightfall!!" Vince yelled at the mercenaries and construction robots working feverishly.

The two guards standing behind him exchanged knowing glances and whispered to each other.

"I don’t think he knows," one muttered.

"Yep, those mercenaries and robots don’t understand him; they’re just following the king’s orders... He’s clearly yelling for nothing," the second guard added, as the first nodded in agreement.

BOOOM!

The three of them looked up as the space above them tore open, and the golden wolf statue plummeted through the rift.

"What the hell?!!"

They quickly jumped out of the way as the huge statue smashed into the ground, raising a cloud of smoke and dust.

"Cough!!"

The three men stood up, coughing and staring wide-eyed at the colossal statue before them.

"What is this?"

"....?!"

Sunny closed the spatial passage and walked towards their Starship.

’I don’t get it... If you can do that, why not take all of us there?’ Jinx grumbled inwardly, her frustration mounting.

’Am I going to carry all these alone? Is he angry because I didn’t spend more? What type of man is this?!!’ She inwardly raged, completely exasperated.

’Next time... I will spend so much that you will be broke!!’ she silently vowed, a fierce determination in her thoughts.

Sunny smiled, walking ahead of the group, finding Jinx’s mental exclamations quite entertaining.

’Hell difficulty?!!’ Sunny was stunned, his steps faltering.

Sunny stopped dead in his tracks, blinking continuously, his gaze fixed on the screen before him displaying the almost impossible quests.

Josephine nodded understandingly and walked away with the rest of the group, while Sunny turned back to the Dwarven King.

’Accept the quests.’

He sighed again and stopped before the king.

"I need some information."

"Oh...? What do you want to know, God Wolf?" The Dwarven King inquired, eager to assist.

"A planet belonging to the Wendigos, and it’s also filled with beasts."

"Hmm..."

The king pondered for a few seconds, then nodded.

"Check the Planet of Sand."

’Planet of Sand? Isn’t that the planet we rescued Nioh from?... But there are a lot of Wendigos there, and on the other side, there’s a small forest; there must be beasts there to hunt... After I’m done, I can destroy the planet...’ He sighed.
