CHAPTER 107: FIRST TASK AS THE DOMINUS

Camilia and Paula knew completely nothing about what had happened, and Jayden just didn’t mind telling them.

With a complete record of what had happened in the palace, Jayden was clear that he had a catch on the cruel King.

Although he had been strictly threatened and urged for a mission that would cost him his life if he didn’t do it, Jayden didn’t even freak out about that.

Sure, Jayden was aware that he could get tasks to complete as The Dominus, but he never knew this would be one of them.

This was a clear indication that the system didn’t want him to take the Royal Family down as Jayden Cole. There was actually no way he could even do it after all.

With The Dominus, there was definitely a chance, and whatever he did wouldn’t be suspicious enough to think Jayden Cole is The Dominus.

Except for that recording, which would indeed be needed to help.

"Oof... One problem to the other. I want my revenge first!" Jayden shouted in frustration.

"Not that easy..." Jayden’s voice broke repeatedly as he said that, coming to a realization himself.

"Whoa... Smart," Jayden rubbed his head as he thought wide about that.

A smile covered Jayden’s face as he nodded repeatedly, completely agreeing that that was what he would do.

No matter how challenging it might be, this was the only straight way to succeed.

And how long would it take?

"Before the King comes for me first," he muttered in recollection.

"Two weeks," he added. "I must bring the Royal Family down in two weeks."

Jayden let out a rough sigh, feeling a bit frustrated as he just couldn’t think of a plan on how to start things up at that point.

But even so, one thing was sure now...

The promise of granting the King assistance in the Megacity Project would be broken, and that way, King Arthur would be completely frustrated since there was probably no other way.

Once the Megacity Project plan stops, that would take a huge blow on the Royal Council, and the chances of winning would take a slight height.

Jayden smiled widely and went forward to urging The Core to assemble in Dominion Island.

Perhaps this is the first real challenging mission they would be engaging in since the completion of the EC Consortium foundation.

It definitely is.

After spending some days in Dominion Island, Sofia had only seen the beautiful Trigger, who was masked and had never shown her face to anyone... even in the middle of work.

She had heard so much about the other six ladies, but had never witnessed their presence, much less seen their faces or even had a direct approach.

The most interesting part was the fact that no living figure in Dominion Island had ever seen The Dominus.

The main villa where he lived was strictly and completely secured by high walls and top security men, and no one dared to trespass or they would meet their end.

They all stated that he never came out of the villa, but the truth was that he did, just not in a way that everyone could see him.

Only Jayden and the ladies knew the secret... how he had been playing The Dominus and Jayden Cole pretty well.

The truth was that there was a secret room inside the main villa which had a hole that led out of the main territories. Jayden usually took that route out every night without being spotted, because it was literally very far away from the main comfort zones.

Till today, no one knew who The Dominus was...

It remained a cold secret, one that would soon be known, but with a bang that would hit the entire country of Nortasia unawares.

Sofia would sometimes just stare at the main villa in the distance, with different thoughts flashing into her head.

Even though she knew they definitely had no chance of happening, dreaming is free, right?

She would wish...

"I wish he could just show up one day and notice me. Perhaps he would admire my beauty and add me to The Core."

"That way I would be one of the most powerful women in the world, and I would go back to Cloudbridge to serve my revenge hot on every one of them."
