CHAPTER 555: CHAPTER 555 - SUDDEN COMMOTION AT THE ACADEME

Back in the academe, Marius stirred on the bed then his long eyelashes fluttered as his eyes slowly opened. He stared at the ceiling for a while and realized he was again in another unknown place. His eyes widened as he looked for Luna in panic.

He looked around and eventually found a note on the table next to the bed. He frowned that he was left all alone in an unfamiliar place so he went out of the room. Just as he was making his way out, his stomach rumbled loudly and he sighed as he does not even know where the food is kept in this weirdly designed house.

He continued to walk out of the door while holding his stomach that was rumbling every now and then. He saw that there was a bigger door on one side of the house so he walked towards there, thinking that he wanted some fresh air and he can wait for Luna’s return right by the door.

As he went out, a whole new environment welcomed him with paved paths, flowering plants, a huge building to the left side of the villa and lots of people walking past the gates. There was a small porch with some comfortable looking seats so he decided to wait there instead.

As he took a seat, he simply stared at the path leading to a fence that seemed to demarkate the space that belongs to the villa. He did not care about everything else except his rumbling stomach and how long it will take for his wife to come back home.

Since it was already a day before the start of the term, there is already a huge number of students that have already come back to the academe throughout this day. The scene of a pink haired and strikingly gorgeous man outside one of the high end viilas in the academe would surely grab anyone’s attention.

Women and men alike have flocked near the villa, looking at the gorgeous man from afar. This villa has known to house even the prince and his aides before so the students started to wonder which kingdom’s noble is this man seating comfortably outside. They did know that bright colored hair would most likely mean that this man was either a fairy or a merfolk based on the books they have studied and the stories they have heard.

As for the man that was being ogled by many, he was staring blankly at the gates not noticing the eyes watching him, simply waiting for his wife to come back. His frown is deepening by the minute as his stomach rumbled since he is confused as to why he’s way hungrier than usual and he couldn’t help but blame Luna from zapping all of his energy out that he is now famished.

After about half an hour, he saw a familiar figure walking towards where he is. He suddenly stood up, showing his toned figure and his tall stature eliciting gasps from the people observing him from afar. Marius gracefully ran towards the gate, showing a happy and excited expression that made him even more attractive.

Luna saw that Marius was awake, waiting right outside the door so she walked briskly towards the villa entrance

. Once she was inside the gates, Marius hopped and gave her a hug then stole a kiss on her lips. The onlookers saw as the famous student smiled at the gorgeous man and led him back inside the villa.

Back inside the house, I hurriedly led Marius to sit at the dining table then started preparing food for him. He requested some seafood which I kind of expected but I still decided to prepare other meat and vegetable dishes since he might suddenly change his mind. He might not know that he is pregnant just yet but I am sure that pregnant men are very fickle with their food.

I quickly prepared the seafood dishes first and placed them on the table then returned to the kitchen for the other dishes telling him that it would be good to have options. I also told him that I have one more person to feed as my attendant will be coming back home anytime now.

He nodded absent-mindedly and started eating the food I gave him. It only took him a few minutes to finish all the food then he looked at me with a pout, complaining that he is still hungry. Good thing that I just finished cooking the rest of the dishes.

As I was placing the newly cooked food on the table, a panting Arthur came through the door. A huge smile can be seen on his face but it froze as he saw another man on the table, one that he has never seen before.

Marius also looked back towards the direction of the door, startled by the sound of the door being opened abruptly. When his eyes saw the man who came in through the doors, he sighed and turn back to his food. I clearly heard him murmur, "That’s not just your attendant. That’s your man too since he has your smell on him."

Marius said it in such a matter-of-fact way that he also widened his eyes in confusion. As for me, I chuckled instead since I realized that he already has the sense of smell of a pregnant man. I remember hearing similar comments from my other husbands before.

He looked at me in confusion as he heard me chuckle and I simply replied, "Well, I am planning to take him in but not yet now. We have a little deal you see and I am still waiting for him to fulfill his side of the agreement."

I looked back towards Arthur and smiled. I immediately introduced him to the new face inside the villa, "Arthur, this is Marius, my new husband and he will stay with us for this month. He is a merfolk in case you are wondering. Besides cooking food for this foodie, I will take of everything else he needs."

Arthur nodded his head slowly in understanding and nodded once towards Marius’ way as greeting. I invited him to eat with us since I have already finished cooking and he immediately sat at the dining table but making sure to keep a certain distance from me and Marius as a show of respect.

We ate in silence and Arthur volunteered to clear the table and clean the kitchen so me and Marius can rest early. I smiled towards him in gratitude and even with Marius around, I gave him a brief kiss in the lips which made the guy as red as a beet as he ran towards the kitchen to hide his shy expression.

I chuckled at his reactiin as Marius shook his head and sighed. He then commented, "You really have fun teasing your men, huh? You bully."

I looked at him with a raised eyebrow and whispered, "Well, I think you enjoyed how much I bullied you earlier though. I plan to bully you the rest of this month too, just so you know."

Hearing my comment, Marius almost ran towards the room but I followed him closely behind while chuckling. I heard him repeatedly murmuring, "Pervert. Bully. Shameless woman." which made me laugh louder.

Once inside the room, he sat on the bed and stared at me meaningfully. I simply changed my clothes and sat on the bed as well as he was just silently staring at me.

Eventually, he couldn’t keep his silence anymore as he asked, "How many more men are you planning to have?" I simply replied, "I am not sure" as that was as honest as I can get when answering his question.

He looked at me for a few seconds and simply looked down then placed his left hand on his lower abdomen. He then spoke softly, "At least I have you mostly to myself this month so I can consider myself lucky. I just hope my womb cooperates during this time."

I scooted next to him and placed my hand on top of the hand he placed on his lower abdomen as I responded,"My mother said that I have to take care of you personally during the first month of pregnancy to ensure that both you and the babies are doing well. She said that regular intimacy is needed for the babies to grow strong and healthy. After this month, I will bring you to the place where my other mystique husbands are living in so you can spend the rest of the pregnancy months in a safe and peaceful place."

He nodded his head absent-mindedly as I watched him closely waiting for the information I said to sink in his mind. It took a few seconds before his body flinched and he stared at my face in disbelief. His eyes asking if he understood what I just said correctly so I simply smiled in response.

He gasped and his eyes started to tear up as the information sunk in. Before he could even ask for a verbal confirmation, I kissed him passionately on the lips again and another round of naughty activities commenced till the wee hours of the morning once more.
